As a truck driver, been at Texas Road House almost everywhere. This will be so far, my worst experience; unfortunately in my hometown. Almost two hours to get a table, about 20 minutes to get bread and order. Let’s see how the order comes and how long it takes. Probably 30 min and nothing, one of my daughters had to leave and of course my grand kid too. Will have to take their order home later. A lot of noise and none of coordination on this place. Second and last time here. We were 7 and now only 5.

Although it was a little busy, overall, it was a very good experience. No wait to be seated, Service was good, food was good. I'm so glad that we have this location here on the far east side.The pandemic changed the peanut game, but now they have small bags of peanuts to go.

Customer beware ! Read the reviews before you dine at this Texas Roadhouse 3180 Joe battle. Evidently the owner or Corporate read the reviews...because the behavior doesn't change. We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday. We were treated like the enemy just invaded. The wait wS 3hrs, the food was cold, the manager and customer seating girl, were so disrespectful.We felt singled out, as other families that came in after us....were seated before we were. Terrible way to treat a paying customer...who paid will over $200.Ruby

This new Roadhouse is pretty good, always busy. Using their app holds you check-in place in line. Food has been good like most Roadhouses, customer service has been good as well.

Extremely disappointed with tonight’s visit to a typically excellent restaurant. I rarely take my family out anymore except for special occasions, tonight being one of them. After waiting 1 hour to be seated in a freezing cold waiting area we were sat in the main dining area which was blistering hot, to the point that my children began to cry and squirm because of the heat. Mind you, I politely asked several times if the AC could be turned on to no avail. The food took a significant amount of time to come and was lukewarm when arrived. To top it off the men’s restroom was absolutely filthy, trash overflowing, urine all over the floor, no paper towels. I nearly slipped on the floor because of the urine. Was appalled that the family members I invited tonight had to share in this experience. Lost a customer for life!
Had a great time. Service, food, and atmosphere were great. The server made sure that we had everything we needed.
