Just moved to the area and noticed this cafe. I decided to stop in and the woman who worked there was extremely friendly and inviting! I got a tasty berry energy drink and ended up spending almost an hour chatting with the (I believe owner) woman and another friendly customer. Such a great atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

Ordered a chocolate banana protein waffles, and strawberry cheesecake protein shake. Both were delicious and filling. Prices are fair and service was great!

This was the best breakfast I’ve ever had. Protein and calorie balances make it so much better for those that watch their intake and workout. Also the BEST waffles in town and waffles I’ve ever had also the donuts smack real good. 10/10 recommend

I love this spot! Fabi and Johnas are so friendly, loving, caring and supportive people! They are knowledgeable in the product and know exactly what works for you and your body type. They don’t judge you or push you to the side. They are always so welcoming. They truly make you feel like family there.

Me and my husband decided to stop by after our work out yesterday and let me tell you that we dont regret it !! He got the bomb pop mega tea and a waffle and i got a shake bowl( chunky monkey) 🤤. Everything was so delicious 😋. The customer service was great and she has a little gift shop with alot of neat things . I bought two cups and a worry worm for my son . I will definitely be going back .

My family and I have been customers for years! As a coffee lover and critic, I was always try to find the best drinks. Due to health restrictions, I had to find alternatives for caffeine/coffee and their drinks definitely helped! I’d like to take credit for creating one of their concoctions, but it really was just a combination of ingredients that worked for me! :) Good vibes all around!
