The space is very inviting, spacious and many bagel options to choose from. I ordered an everything bagel and an onion bagel. Both with cream cheese and one special order with avocado, red onion, tomato and cucumber. It looked beautiful and the fillings were great. It could have used more avocado and spread evenly like the other vegetables. The bagels were a bit chewy and lacked a bit of flavor. Tasty bagels with a slightly chewy texture but wasn't too tough. It's hard to find Knox bagels in El Paso, so I'm glad to find a decent option (it wasn't the best quality salmon, but it was acceptable). They were out of everything bagels, so we opted for different flavors or plain.
This place is a diamond in the rough! All the bagels are made fresh and they have a variety of flavors. I love their bagel and lox, definitely worth it if you like smoked salmon. They also have wonderful coffee as well. I also like going because it supports a local business.
