Have been here 3 to 4 times with my family. The cookies were delicious, the selection of cookie types was good (get there early to see/get your favorite cookie) and the selection of ice cream flavors was good. Keep in mind that they are NOT just ice cream and NOT just a bakery. They have good selection of cookies and ice cream but can't have all cookie flavors or all ice cream flavors. It always smells amazing in there and I HIGHLY suggest if they are selling day old cookies you BUY them. They are delicious (in my and my family's opinion) and will be at the register as you are paying. The prices are also fairly reasonable for what you are getting. By the way, I do also suggest getting your ice cream sandwich warmed up. It just adds something to the flavor.

Would only consider coming back due to prices and service. Came almost at closing 20min before. Not much left on cookies available my fault yea. Also the ice cream very rough and had like frost hard ice on it. Not sure what the hype was about was looking forward to coming but nope never happened after 1-2 years wanting to try it certainly didn’t meet my expectations ñ at all!

We visited the Baked Bear because the one in Austin is awesome! We were very very disappointed! The cookies did not taste good and my daughter's cookie was raw. The employees gave horrible service, they were rude and had an unprofessional attitude! If they would have been nice it wouldnt have been a total loss. Never going back again!

We first visited this ice cream shop in San Diego and loved it. We were excited to see it open in El Paso. We frequent this ice cream shop often because of their vegan option. Sadly the store in El Paso is not keeping up offering the same options listed on their website. We visited 2 weeks in a row and in both occasions they had no vegan option. The employees attitude and appearance is extremely lackadaisical. The store also did away with their reward program.

Was in the parking lot and called the store to ask about prices before going into the 30 degree weather, watched both employees stare at the phone and watched it ring. Instead of answering the phone they just got on their personal phones and ignored my call. Left and didn’t even bother with it.
