Was in the parking lot and called the store to ask about prices before going into the 30 degree weather, watched both employees stare at the phone and watched it ring. Instead of answering the phone they just got on their personal phones and ignored my call. Left and didn’t even bother with it.

The folks at The Baked Bear made us an awesome ice cream sandwich to reveal the gender of our baby this evening. We're absolutely thrilled with the results, and our ice cream sandwich! The cookie was soft and delicious, and the ice cream was great too. It was the perfect size for two of us to split. Thank you so much, we will be back!

The cookie sandwich is really big. I got the cookie monster cookie and the s'mores ice cream inside. The cookies were the right softness to have a crunch to bite into the Damaris without breaking the cookie and smashing the ice cream down. The place was really clean. The lady who served me was very friendly and professional. I'm definitely coming back again.

Service was good, we got the ice cream sandwich heat pressed and it was 6/10. The cookie was hard as a rock and difficult to eat, this has been our experience the 2 times we have gone. I do not mind a firm cookie but it was very difficult to bite and cut into the cookie sandwich.

Loved this place! We stumbled upon it on a recent trip to El Paso and wanted some ice cream and cookies! The staff was great and super attentive.
