Ordered a cake for a birthday. I went in person and requested this design. I also stated that I wanted chocolate cake but instead got vanilla - it seems like they didn't even bother looking at the order sheet. The cake was very dry the same day I got it. The spelling on the cake was also incorrect. I gave this place a try and also reached out to them but didn't even hear back. This cake was not worth it at all. I wouldn't recommend this place for a custom cake. You might as well get a cake at Costco or Albertson as they're 10X better than this place.

My best friend is having her first baby and ordered a cake from here. It looks like it was done in a rush. They requested lavender, with a polar bear and “welcome Aaliyah”.
They did a teddy bear instead of a polar bear. They write “welcomer” instead of what was requested. The writing was written in gold and then drawn over with black. Everything was cracked. The ladder fell off before they gave us the cake. It’s cracked and falling apart. The balloon looks dirty and has little pieces of hair.
Very dissatisfied with this cake. They offered $15 off (of a $200 cake). When it looked like it was done last minute and rushed. Don’t order from here.

The cake was good, a bit dense for what I'm used to. No fondant which was a huge plus. Design came out just how we wanted it to. I was happy with the purchase.

i had a cake in a can. I opened it with my finger, then it exploded everywhere and messed up my finger and also the metal hit me in my face leaving a huge knot on my forehead. it hurts so bad. I'm extremely sad about this and hurting all at the same time. I hate going to the hospital, but it was warranted for this situation. Can someone please reach out to me regarding this matter, before i have to get my lawyer involved. Thank you. 🙏

BEST BAKED GOODS EVER!!!! We ordered some custom cupcakes for our gender reveal and they were SO yummy and SO cute! Cami (the girl who helped me) was insanely sweet and friendly!!!! We will definitely be going back!!!

I ordered 5 cupcakes for my family for my son’s Birthday. The lady who sold the cupcakes was very pleasant, and I appreciated that very much. The cupcakes themselves were not good at all. I wish I had read some of the reviews before purchasing. All of the flavors we got had a cream cheese based frosting and tasted really bad. It was a waste of 20 dollars. I would not recommend these cupcakes to anyone. We tried all five flavors to see if any one of them was better, but they all disappointed. Left a bad aftertaste in my mouth. Sorry for a bad review, but I have to be honest.

Please find another delivery driver, I was on the phone with my friend who was telling me about the woman driving today throwing a finger and I could physically hear the obscene amount of honking.

I was driving down Mesa and saw the delivery truck here tailgating, flipping off another driver, driving erratically and honking non stop. I was appalled seeing this woman behave in that manner, if that is the kind of people that are there I will NEVER shop here. Please do better.

My husband ordered cupcakes last minute for my birthday to be delivered and they look beautiful. As a home baker, I am very picky with my frosting and icing. I don't want just sugar butter or for it to be so sweet it makes you nauseous. These were absolutely delicious. The frosting was perfect and I like that the cupcakes were filled slightly as well. I would love to see what else this place can do for me in the future!
