Workers were in a terrible mood and did not create a good atmosphere. The donuts were a bit sloppy compared to other times. Also they do not have curbside pickup even though the option is given when ordering online. When they first started out this place was great but it’s slowly declining, hopefully they pick it up and don’t end up closing down.
Came in 11/02/2024 around 5ish.

Our family loved Dapper Donuts in the Fountains. The 10-minute wait for custom-made flavors was worthwhile. They also offer the option to turn donut flavors into milkshakes. My daughter and I enjoyed sharing the Apple Pie donut milkshake!!

The staff didn't write anything down, so they got my sister and mine order wrong. We order four different donut flavors, and we got totally different donuts.Staff is very rude.

I had heard the donuts were amazing. I read it takes about 15 minutes for them to be ready since they are made to order. So I placed an order to pick up at 430pm. It was for a small event and on my way over there I received a phone call at 426 pm that they were not going to be able to make my order. You would think that my order would have had been ready since I was to pick up at 430. You don't get a second chance to make a first impression. I will not be returning to that establishment. I would have given a no star if allowed but had to give a 1 star.
I tried Dapper Doughnut literally because of social media. It was just ok to me. We got a 12 count and 3 drinks. The donuts dough itself is really airy but comes out greasy. I will say I loved the toppings used on the flavors. My coffee was incredibly strong but overall it was good. Also I'm pretty sure they blend donuts into your drink which we couldn't really say we liked or hated. Overall it was decent.
The shop itself is nice. The atmosphere is chill. It's a small location but they are efficient. Great photo ops for social media though.

It was good, but the lady who helped us really made the experience a bit uncomfortable. She was super rude and when we said we needed time she gave attitude.

Really, it should be 0 stars. It’s 9:20 and they are closed although advertised open until 10. Doors are open, lights are on, but no service. Not a huge deal, I understand sometimes businesses have to close early but the employees were not friendly at all. They were very annoyed that people continued to come in for donuts. Maybe shut the lights off or lock the door next time?
The place is ok… personally I prefer the normal size donuts, these mini donuts although they are attractive and of course the concept they offer is different… I felt that the dough or how they are made… does not allow you to enjoy a pleasant experience, the toppings They are slippery, super uncomfortable to eat, you end up with cream and chocolate everywhere, and I get the impression that the frying is very wet because it is so small...Also, we ordered a special coffee that they had and it was very average, it said that it had foam and it was nothing more than a little bit of milk foam, I understand that they can call that foam, but in coffee shops, that term is used for another type with a different texture than the normal milk foam… in addition to the price. It's okay to try the mini donuts and test this concept, but I don't think we'll go back :/
Cute little shop with a variety. These donuts were perfect. No only were they fresh and warm, they were the perfect size and I didn’t feel so guilty eating one. Awesome little place.
