Upon arriving we waited 20 minutes for anyone to appear at front desk; we were given our room number out loud, the room was already occupied ; no apology for inconvenience . Cold hot tub no free breakfast , we wernt warned it wasn’t complimentary upon check in
We have stayed here several times and always liked it. The location is great and the rooms are comfortable. The value is good and there are many restaurants nearby. There is a lot of deferred maintenance in the hotel. Public areas and rooms. We stay at HGIs so we can eat in. The restaurant only had Pino Grigio for a white wine choice. We drink Chardonnay. The server had no idea what we were talking about, so we left and went to a nearby restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: Staff very kind and accommodating and stressed that that were "family dining" even though the atmosphere was definitely upscale.
