The food was okay and editable at best. Service was fast and hot when brought out. Waitress was attentive and courteous, often refilling drinks quickly asking if we needed anything. Overall, the experience was good, but the food was not authentic. The Itialian sandwich was nothing more than a Torta. Rigatoni lacked flavor, better than chef Bordeaux. Will not go again...I'll stick to the house of pizza.

This is a must try if you are in El Paso. It beats other Italian chain restaurants hands down. We had the chicken parmigiana and sample plate. Everything was delicious and service was great.

If i could give oooooooo stars i would me and wife went in wow what a nasty. This had to be the worst place ever. The menu was lies chicken parmigiana was just a cold chicken patty with melted cheese. Pasta was full of water. You could tell this was not real Italian cooking. Shame on them it should be closed by the state bord. Very dirty. Please don’t go with anyone. Sorry but its a bad spot. I’m reporting it to the state bord.Parking: Parking is not easy. We had to come through rear kitchen.

Great food! Poor service! Waitress would just disappear and take forever to bring anything we asked for that was missing. Straws, napkins, refills. Place was not even busy for her to just be disappearing. No people skills at all! She wouldn’t even make eye contact with us when we were placing our order. Kept rushing us and was just not very polite. Seems like she didn’t care to impress since she knew right off the bat that she would get her tip off the gratuity charge anyways considering we were a party of 7.
Had the fettuccine alfredo with chicken. And a large pepperoni pizza. The food was overall delicious. I'd prefer the pizza being well done, but to each their own. Very lovely staff and atmosphere. Actually a place that's somewhat quiet where you can talk to your party. And not overwhelmed with noise.

They were busy but that is no excuse to be treated poorly! Was just asked for my name and how many and told it would be 10 minutes and told to wait outside which was a beautiful area and were told we could not eat out there....after 15 min a couple walked right in sat at a window table in front of us and proceeded to order ?....already had wasted 25 minutes and no reply from the hostess...so we went to >>>>L&J Cafe around the corner and had a warm welcome even though they were very busy they made room for us and the food AND service were GREAT!

Everything is amazing to say the leastVegetarian options: Egg plant parm!
It had been a couple of years since going to Italian Kitchen, but I had really been wanting to have some simple pasta and sauce. Their tomato sauce was very good and had a bit of sweetness to it without acidity and it wasn't so thin to run off your pasta. My guests both ordered the chicken parm and both said it was so good and better than they're used to from one of the chain restaurants they usually go to. One of them completely cleared her plate which she doesn't ever do. Service was friendly and quick for our lunch. I'll definitely return soon and expand on the menu.
Long time customer, my family really loves this place.
