Great food and great service. The perfect date night or celebratory dinner.
Great place. 1st time here, but our server Mia was super helpful. We got the 4 course meal. It's a must! Food and experience was great. Love that this was a very different experience compared to every other restaurant in El Paso. If you want to try something different, this is it. I will definitely come again.
My wife and I recently went to celebrate our Anniversary and our experience was great. We had our 2 little boys (3&4) and our server Jazlyn was great. It was a Saturday and they had an event going on outside and she remained attentive and she was very knowledgeable about the menu. She recommended great pairings and she was great with the kids. She was very patient and kind, she helped make our experience there great. I would recommend her to anyone! The food was fine, but keep in mind this is an experience not the worlds best food. You will enjoy the taste and your time there, but the flavors wont be the best thing you ever had. Come here if you have a good budget and want to just have some fun. Dessert is 10/10.
Had a great experience at the El Paso Melting Pot, and our waitress Jazlin made it even better! She was friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She made sure we had everything we needed.. Jazlin’s personality and excellent service really stood out—Highly recommend asking for her if you visit!
Went there with a larger party for my mother’s birthday. We were not notified that we’d be sitting at separate tables when we made our reservation half the group sat at a completely separate table. It took 3 hours and 20 minutes from start to finish. Our server was Jazlyn Sophia and she was really struggling to remember even drink orders. I had a sprite and she kept trying to bring me Dr Pepper. We also got the wrong cheese and she rang in the wrong one for another cheese order as well. I didn’t want to wait for another so I kept mine. They ran out of the wine I was drinking and she offered me a bottle instead of a glass which I declined. I ordered a Rose sangria and was brought a sunshine sangria instead. Our food was very slow coming out even though it was a Monday night and the restaurant was not busy. When our chocolate came out she switched mine and my sisters so we explained to her we were going to swap them to where they belong, well she must’ve forgot because she poured the Oreos for mine into the other chocolate when we told her it was wrong she replied with “that’s why I told you not to stir them so I could tell what goes where” very rudely. Then when my sister asked if it would take a while to get another one made she said “yeah it would” and walked off. What made it worse was that there was a group of servers that could’ve helped but they were busy watching the basketball game on tv. The manager seemed to be doing what she could to help but maybe some retraining in customer service is needed. As someone who’s worked in the service industry I was extremely disappointed.
Overall experience...pretty good! Ordered the 4 course dinner! To be honest....got full! Well worth it.....fresh and flavorful! I took the option of cooking on the cast iron....next time I would use the broth option! The dessert portion was absolutely amazing! I gave 4 stars for only having 3 servers which delayed our service to the table
Unfortunately I don't remember my waitresses name but she was fantastic! It was my firstvtime and my birthday. She was very informative and attentive the food was great and she even brought me a piece of bday cake with s candle without us asking. Two thumbs up 👍🏽👍🏽
Come here every time we visit El Paso. It was 1130, and the restaurant was still not open. They didn't answer their phone either. Highly disappointed.
Our server was amazing! Food was great. Kids enjoyed it
Audrey was an excellent waitress, took great care of our family and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be back
Restaurantji Recommends
we ordered the four course meal and repetedly stated my sibling was gluten intolerant and could not have gluten and we received no accomodations on this with gluten being brought out with every course except for our meats, it was completely unacceptable especially seeing as we are paying a premium price, do not reccommend for anyone looking for a place with gluten free, the staff clearly do not care
Took my family to celebrate my husbands birthday. Wanted to make memories and share this new experience. Our server greeted us and right off the bat was annoyed we had kids with us. He ended up handing our table off to another server which was off putting from the start. The server who took over was nice enough, however we were only 1 in 3 tables total in the restaurant. Our bill was close to $400 and the service did not match the price. The food was delicious but when you go somewhere for an experience and it's your first time I expected more much much more for the price.
Absolutely amazing experience! Worth every penny. Delicioso!
Honestly, I wish I could give it a better review but the quality is just not there. For the prices, I was hoping to have exactly what was advertised, and I ended up having stale bread for my fondue. The quality checks in the kitchen, including ingredients, needs to be better for the price.
The customer service was great, the place was holding an art exhibit and everyone attending was very friendly. The food was delicious.
