Date of visit: 17 November.
Restaurant was closed off when they should’ve been open for about 90 minutes during dinner timeframe. A crowd of people were attempting to open the door and I pointed out that I can see the deadlock. The crowd left. My wife called and they immediately open the door claiming the water was giving them problems. Pretty sure they lied. Odd, that the moment we called they open the door. Not being a stickler but it is also to be noted that the waitress showed up when we showed up entering via the side door. So check your time card. Pretty sure she was late and they were covering down why the restaurant was closed off. Everything was just off about this stay. The waitress and the hostess were more focused on each other as opposed to us, the literal only customers for the 2 1/2 hours we stayed there. One word: neglect. I’m not one to chase down a server but dear god. Took her twenty minutes to give us our check to cash out after we asked…twice. Again, we are her only guests and again we have at that time spent 2 hours there. If this is the standard, let this place crash and burn, and get replaced by something else. A dollar general does better.

This place has had the slowest service on several visits with hardly any other customers in the restaurant. We were there for 3 hours at a non-busy time. The way they present the food is not the same and they don’t show the ingredients going into the cheese fondue. Coincidentally, it didn’t taste right.
They don’t tell you that your order will be missing an ingredient until you ask and it’s because they didn’t have it. It would have been nice to know before we got our food.
We have seen better at this location in the past with some things, as well as at other locations that ARE busy and can serve you faster with better food quality and customer service.

Went here to celebrate with my daughter on an off hour ~4 PM, while staff was friendly service took awhile considering there were only two other people in the restaurant.

While the food was good, it was not congruent with the price. The dessert experience is exceptional and delightful.

We got the four course meal and it was nearly $200 for the two of us with tax and tip.

Our party arrived at 6:45-7 pm, most of didn’t get beverages until 8 pm, waited another 30+ minutes for the first course, didn’t end up getting our dinner course until 9, desserts until 10:15 pm and looking at other tables we weren’t given the same experience with the flambé. We had to flag the server down multiple times asking for refills, in which took about 20 minutes to receive each time. The food wad good but the neglect from our servers, our tables not being pre bussed, and us sitting waiting for over 3.5 hours FOR THE PRICE with auto gratuity was very disappointing. Our server was one of the worst servers I’ve ever had making this a negative experience overall.

Booking was made easy. Showed up and was sat right away. Food was very good, a lil pricey but very delicious! Our server did a good job explaining the menu as a first timer, recommend for a special occasion.

We have come here multiple times for dinner, but never for lunch. I looked at the lunch menu online and decided to give it a try. Upon entering around 11:20, the restaurant was empty and there wasn’t anyone in sight. We stood around for about 5-8 min and finally, our server saw us and seated us, but gave us dinner menus. I asked about the lunch menu and the server, Joe, asked if I meant the brunch menu? I said, the lunch menu that’s posted online. There was some confusion bc he said he only works nights and was just filling in for someone. He brought the brunch menu and it showed $25 for the “Fondue in a Flash”, but the website showed $20. He honored the web site price, which we appreciated. We ordered 2 of those and my sons got a burger and a chicken sandwich. The size of the burger and chicken sandwich was very generous for $15 and came with fries, which were very good. Our cheese fondue tasted like it needed salt or something bc it was quite bland. The salads were good. The skewers were a good portion and tasted good but were dry with no dipping sauces. Joe told us it was just him and one cook there. The cook even came out and let us know the skewers were coming and apologized for the delay bc we had mentioned we had an appt to get to. They were both excellent and provided great service. The restaurant was FREEZING though and the bench in the booth we were seated in was all torn up (see pic), which looked terrible for a somewhat nice restaurant. Another lady came into the restaurant when we were eating and stood around, but since no one was upfront to assist her, she eventually left. Eventually, there was only one other solo diner while we were there - they must survive on the dinner business? Overall, we would prob go back, but if it got any busier, they would need more than one cook and one server to run the whole restaurant.

My wife and I had an amazing date night at the Melting Pot El Paso in Texas and we must say that this place was spot on… everything was perfect under the care of our FIRST CLASS WATER, Mr. Cesar!!! He was extremely polite, explained the process of cooking our own food, and treated us with extra desert at the end… we highly recommend this ROMANTIC RESTAURANT to anyone in El Paso without a shadow of doubt. Look for Mr. Cesar as your waiter and you’ll be glad you did…

Food was good, atmosphere was bright and open. We went for lunch while in town for a hockey tournament and had an overall nice experience. The food was good, portions were large, and service was great-prompt and knowledgable servers.
