I have eaten at Melting Pot several times in different locations. Unfortunately this wasn't the best food. Through no fault of their own- they were out of several things due to deliveries not occuring- possibly because of the Holidays. Our server Natalia was wonderful- super personable and friendly. Also unfortunately, they were understaffed - nonetheless she delivered the best service she could in spite of having many tables to attend to.

The overall service was amazing, the music was fantastic and whoever was on the aux playing 90s rock was perfect. We had Cesar as our bartender and every drink we order was a knock out of the park. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

This place has had the slowest service on several visits with hardly any other customers in the restaurant. We were there for 3 hours at a non-busy time. The way they present the food is not the same and they don’t show the ingredients going into the cheese fondue. Coincidentally, it didn’t taste right.
They don’t tell you that your order will be missing an ingredient until you ask and it’s because they didn’t have it. It would have been nice to know before...
