This place wasn’t busy, maybe two tables seated at the most. Took way too long to get us menus and tell us we can seat ourselves (maybe a sign would be helpful!). Prickly Pear tasted nothing like prickly pear. We ordered two iced teas, which the server repeated back to us and asked what sizes and still one of the teas were missed. The nitro coffee tasted like old burnt coffee it wasn’t even bearable. The chimichurri steak tasted like dried out fajitas. The Naked Egg menu item was ordered with a side of avocado and the pancakes came out super late, plus tasted like soggy microwaved pancakes, and instead of a side of avocado we ended up with avocado toast. HERE WAS THE LAST STRAW!! The freezer is out in the open were you can see it depending on where you’re seated and the cook came from the kitchen, opened the door to the freezer, and grabbed a few pieces of chicken with his bare hands. At this point I stood up looking for the waitress, I asked for an itemized list of what we ordered and explained all the above, she attempted to get a discount or items removed, but she started saying something about her manager said… and I cut her off and said at this point IDGAF I’ll pay whatever it is, but thanks for trying. Point blank the Manager is a Chicken $#!t restaurant slum lord, face your customers!! The sad thing was it wasn’t crowded and the atmosphere has potential to be great if customer service and food quality were up to par.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. Hubby and I went there for brunch and it took literally 2 hours to get out food. Mind you, there wasn’t a lot of people, our table was very dirty, flies everywhere and I was starving. This is not a place to enjoy food. Don’t bother going…. Service is so damn slow

This restaurant is difficult to find since it's behind the 2Ten Coffee Roasters and had the entrance essentially in the alley. Drinks are 2Ten Coffee branded, but the menu says "The Pink Cloud." Food was incredibly tasty and very well made with high-quality ingredients, so the price is worth it. The outside atmosphere is cool and matches the name.

Turn around and go to another brunch spot! The only good thing about here is that you get water in the first couple of minutes you pick a table. First the tables don’t get cleaned which next comes the attack of flies. After ordering a Bloody Mary (3 out of 10)and the steak with eggs and potatoes which was $18!! (Not worth it at all) wait time for food was about 30min and when I got it is was cold. If you like the lack of service, eating with flies all over you and having to wait long periods of time then this is for you!

The wait is long, service is slow, I had to go get sugar and a spoon myself. The food was not bad however my husband’s plate was cold, also had to fight the flies the whole time. I doubt I’ll come back.

Great little spot for food and drinks. I like most of the menu items so far. Good drinks. Fair prices. Very friendly staff. Comfortable venue to just chill. Great location. Attached to the 2ten coffee roasters so that is a plus. Plenty of parking in the area.

Went to pink cloud with friend to celebrate my birthday for brunch. All I can say is exceptional. Service by Jasmine, professional & kind & friendly. Mixology by Louis -amazing (that Bloody Mary was atomic hot & delicious!) & also friendly. Churro Hash/over easy eggs perfect. Talked with manager to praise staff/food/drinks. Will definitely return.
Got here at 5pm and the waitress said she could only do 1 drink and not serving food anymore. However they close at 6 pm. I feel bad for the owner.

Went there for happy hour. The waitress offered my boyfriend to sample the draft beers. We got the loaded fries and they were delish. Service was very good! They managed to keep it cool despite it being an outdoors place.
