Incredibly disappointed with the service here. We were the only people in the entire restaurant, yet the staff still managed to forget us. We ordered a pizza and specifically told the staff where we were sitting so there would be no confusion. Despite the place being empty, we waited over 30 minutes past the time it was ready. We had to walk up to their line of sight to finally get our pizza and when we did, it was cold, as if it had clearly been sitting on the counter. It’s one thing to be busy, but to be the only customers and still get cold food and zero service is unacceptable. Won’t be coming back. To make matters worse, the bottom of the pizza was burnt. How do you serve a cold, burnt pizza to the only table in the building?

Service wasn’t great I got vegan cheese with pepperoni and then forgot to put my pepperoni on and the front cashier person told the people making it that I never ask for it and then they didn’t remake and just put the pepperoni on top and no sorry for the mistake as well I ask for a box so me and my friend can split and the front person said they are not giving box out

Never in my life have I ever been charged for a pizza box when ordering pizza to go??????? The pizza is always good, but I don’t understand how you get charged two dollars for the box? Make it make sense.

last time i came here i got the wings and they were undercooked. i came again today and got them double baked and they weren’t crispy, they were dry. one staff member was especially rude and she rolled her eyes and ran to the back as soon as we got to the checkout counter. this is the worst pizza joint location in el paso. do yourself a favor and go to the mesa or downtown locations instead.

Came a couple years ago and got weird vibes, pizza was alright but never felt like coming back because of the Rudeness of staff and management. Gave them the benefit of the doubt & ended up here again because of my gf and it’s still the same bad/not friendly customer service 🙃 ✌️

Worst experience in my life. First of all, whoever robert is should be fired. From the rude customer service to the worst I pizza I've had, i dont know how you can mess up this bad. I even heard that he brought pizza boxes from his own house to work while I was visiting the place. Would not recommend coming to this place. The other two locations are much better.
