My biggest complaint is the seats are extremely small. If you are a bigger person they are not kind or forgiving. Even a small in-width person is still going to be near on top of the people next to them. The bathroom is in the basement, which is odd. Also, there are stairs everywhere, but I believe it is wheelchair accessible still. They have drinks, beer, and a few snacks.

The plaza was refurbished in 2017, and they did a great job. It's beautifully done. The men's bathroom space could be improved a little. I went to see the 50th anniversary of Kansas. If you're a fan of their music, then it's worthwhile. The sound quality was very good. It's not a huge venue, but it seemed to have ample space.

Amaizing time. The most representative place for Theater and concerts in El Paso Texas. It has a lot of 40's atmosphere
A great place to bring out of town visitors. If you can schedule a tour, that's the best.

Caution, we bought tickets for Aladdin not using the map and we weren't seated together, they were on opposite ends. Please use the map! Also staff was super nice and helped fixed the issue even with a sold out show. Our night wasn't looking too good, but one specific usher helped us out, wish I got her named because the first four ushers weren't that great or nice. The last employees we spoke to were understanding and helped find us a solution.
