Chicken, pork and brisket were all dry, broth was bland. Service was inattentive even though they weren't busy. Tables were nice and the chairs were comfortable, everything was very clean. It wasn't unpleasant, but the food was a disappointment so I can't say we would come back.

I’ve been to 6 different ramen places in El Paso and got to the conclusion that nobody in El Paso knows how to make Ramen.Too greasy even when ordered the miso ramen, the egg is over cooked, the meat under cooked, and the noodles.. might as well just get a Maruchan.

Awesome flavors! Very interesting take on traditional ramens. Staff is young but courteous and attentive.

Good food for the most part. Very colorful, flavorful and presentation of the atmosphere was welcoming. The steamed gyoza was delicious!! There was anime playing on all screens! ☺️❤️The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5:The egg didn’t seem to have much dark pigmentation (lacking a potential pickling flavor) & had flavor of an ordinary boiled egg. The pork was great towards the center of the cut. However at the surface, it was heavily charred. I tried to bite into it & it was nearly impossible to chew into the outer layer.I’ve had this style of ramen (Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen) before and usually the eggs are pickled and the meat isn’t difficult to chew.

The strawberry, banana and mazapán shake is the best, the ruffles preparados are great too.

I used to like it here, until the owners changed. The food quality has gone down, and the chefs "experiment" with your food. My wife had an allergic reaction due to this experiment. They added shellfish to a dish that never had any in it before. The old owner was amazing. Don't blame the waiter staff, though, they are still

Do you want ramen that cost 20 bucks and you can use the same noodles from .015 cent top ramen packet? Then this place is for you. Do you want to get charged extra for subbing the pork belly for beef to only get beef fat? Then this place is for you! Do you want an over cook egg? Then this place for is for you! Do you want to get ramen that you can get make from a packet and get over charged then you came to the right place!!!!!!

The food here is amazing! I got the mini terriyaki beef bowl and my girlfriend got the beauty and the beast roll. We agree our food was 10/10 delicious! Also their water is actually insanely clean and crisp! I'm a water guy and not all water is created the same and their water tastes so good! The server was friendly and patient, the place is clean, and they play anime and also play good music too! We got good vibes here. :)

Great small local ramen gig in front of Hanks H.S. it's easy to overlook since there are so many other businesses in that area but it is worth the try. The first thing to notice when walking in is all the anime memorabilia as well as multiple anime playing on the TV (Naruto and Avatar the last Airbender). Super fun! But even if you are not into Ramen you will definitely enjoy their food. One of the things I did notice is that like many other places they are short staffed but the girl behind the counter/waitress/hostess did an excellent job at keeping up with all her tables. My one regret was not getting the actual Ramen and instead getting a teriyaki rice bowl. The rice bowl was super cheap and huge despite being the mini. Thanks to my family I got to try the ramen and the miso soup. The miso soup was to die for.... It was exquisite and it is a must try. You will also get free refills of the miso soup. Overall thank you to this plac for providing a warm meal on a cold night next time I'm back I will 100% be getting the ramen. Please go try it and support local.

The problem with the food here is the cook doesn't care and there is no love in the preparation. If you really cared about the people you are cooking for, you would make sure it is edible like you were serving your loved ones. Friendly but dark inside. Tempura should be hot and crispy, pork gyoza were luke warm and gummy. The Nagasaki ramen was a huge disappointment. It was only luke warm, gummy cold clump of wheat noodles, cold soft boiled egg, and generally no attention to how the food is served. The beer was cold at least. I will not be back and don't recommend this place.

First of all. I'm not a huge Ramen expert guy. However I do like trying something new and this place definitely hit the nail when it comes to ramen. I had the Miso ramen and was definitely worth it. The atmosphere around here is pretty chill and good music was there. Staff was really friendly and their own beer variety is decent enough to give it a full 5. Will definitely stop by again tomorrow. Absolutely worth it
