It was our first time visiting Slice and Brew, and since my wife and I had been to The Shack several times before, we were expecting a similar experience. Jade assisted us, and I have to say she provided excellent, five-star service. The tater tot appetizer was delicious and really hit the spot.
Unfortunately, the wings and pizza didn’t quite meet our expectations. The wings were surprisingly dry, and at $12 for six, we expected them to be hot and more flavorful. As for the pizza, we ordered a traditional pepperoni with half mushrooms, but the mushrooms seemed like they were just tossed on top and still undercooked.
I’m giving four stars mainly because Jade provided such excellent service.

NEW REVIEW -got one al pastor pizza everything was soggy except the crust -flavor was lacking idk if its because everything was soggy - everything falls as you pick up the slices -The waitress is un attentive did not even come to ask how the food was or to fill up our waters -had she came back i would’ve asked to cook it a little bit longer. -they only card who the feel like it, saw the waitress serve multiple men without asking for id at the bar, then proceeds to ask us, felt like discrimination, card everyone or no one at all
OLD REVIEW The food was phenomenal The service was very poor We waited 30 minutes to be seated About another 20 just to get our drinks taken The server was rude we asked for straws and she threw them at the table and ran off without taking our orders Pretty much expect to wait And chase down your server When she finally came to take our order she tried to run off again and we had to call her to come back because our drinks were empty They also got our drinks wrong After about an hour and some we got our food which pretty much made up for the entire service experience I will be going back but I dont have any expectations for their service or staff

I was skeptical due to them having customers seat themselves. Normally when that happens service is terrible. As expected we sat and waited for about 15 minutes. A server come out and asked us out of confusion if we had been helped. After that service was great! Their pizzas were amazing! Better than peter pipers in my opinion.

The food was a mess, and the service wasn't that good. Wouldn't recommend at all. The food was super greasy, and took a while.
I was so excited to try the food, BUT never got a chance to because we my husband and I were totally ignored by the staff. I made eye contact with many of the ladies who were working and one looked at us and turned around and walked away. Left after at least 5 to 8 min of waiting for someone to acknowledge us. No wait, the restaurant had some tables avaliable. Just ignored.

I want to commend Destiny the hostess for providing us with amazing costumer service. Although the place was packed we got seated quickly she had a really good attitude and she kept checking up on our table to see if we needed anything. I kept seeing she was going back and forward helping the servers. Thank you destiny for your awesome service keep having an amazing attitude I will be coming back awesome food awesome service fast as well. Vegan options. Again destiny was really awesome! Hope she gets recognized for her amazing work.
