The waitress was so oblivious. I spent most of my time here waiting on her to do her job. She checked on our table once, I had to get her attention for anything else. And she forgot part of our order.

I ordered the Monte Cristo all it was was a very thick piece of bread fried with a thin slice of ham and turkey it should be loaded definitely like the way Bennigan's used to do it!! Just work on it make it better add more and it'll be perfect.

I had such a great time at The shack in the morning , and a big part of that was thanks to our server Priscila They were super kind, had a really positive vibe the whole time, and made us feel taken care of without being over the top. Our food came out right on time and exactly how we wanted it. You can just tell when someone genuinely enjoys their job, and that’s how Priscila made us feel. Definitely one of the best service experiences I’ve had in a while. Will 100% be coming back!;)

The only thing they have going for them is the friendly staff. The food is terrible. I can almost say they are the worst wings and fries in El Paso. Many years ago they were one of the best.
