What a great find! Glad I stopped by here while on a business trip. The wings were great and so were the mozzarella sticks! Staff was friendly, service was quick, and food was fresh! I will definitely be visiting again in the future! Big shout out to Dalyla for the great service. She was absolutely amazing always knew what I needed!!

Dalyla is amazing! Every time we go we request she is our server. She is very attentive!! I can see why they’re having her train new employees. She always recommends new flavors when we’re looking to try something new.
The food, service and atmosphere was good. However, the overall experience was conflicted because I was not shown the digital check. The waitress maintained the hand-held digital device and read off my food and drink charges. She did not read off the automatic 20% gratuity that was added due to our table being a party of twelve - my check included my family of four. Once it was time for me to pay with my card the charges were no longer being shown. I added a $20 gratuity to the overall check. I didn't know a $16.89 gratuity was already added. I ended up paying a $36.89 gratuity. I found this out once I got home and saw my text receipt. My common practice is to leave at least a 20% tip, but I was not counting on being frauded to leave a 43% tip.This is a deceitful practice that I've experienced once in the past at The Shack off of McCrae. I RECOMMEND ALL CUSTOMERS ASK TO SEE THEIR DIGITAL RECEIPT. To the management at this restaurant chain please have your staff stop practicing this FRADULENT process.
