My recent visit to Silo was nothing short of exceptional, thanks in large part to the outstanding management of Rossano. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality, setting the tone for an unforgettable dining experience.Silo's atmosphere exudes charm and sophistication, with its sleek design and cozy ambiance. Rossano's attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our visit, ensuring that each guest felt welcomed and attended to.The service was impeccable, with Rossano and his team going above and beyond to accommodate our needs and make recommendations that perfectly complemented our evening.Now, onto the food – Silo truly impressed with its innovative and mouthwatering dishes. Ugh Silo, we were having such a great honeymoon period but you let me down. I've been many times and have enjoyed the food and cocktails at Silo but last Tuesday was a nightmare. I went with my spouse and parents. We arrived at about 4:30, excited to get some plates to share as we had done previously. Then our waiter informs us that their food delivery truck did not arrive and they have very few things on the menu. And by very few, I mean everything we asked for was not available. But the server was unclear because he kept coming back to inform us that yet another item was not available. It was very disappointing. We settled on chicken tacos and potatoes. Our server was totally unapologetic and had no sense of humor at all. Would've helped if he at least had said sorry about that or offered a free dessert or something. I've never been to any restaurant where they only had like 3 items off their menu. Couldn't they have run to the store down the street to grab stuff for salad? It really would've made a difference if the server had a better attitude (he acted annoyed with us) or if the manager had come over and explained the problem and apologized.

I was a little worried about it being a bar to begin with but MAN O MAN!! SILO did not disappoint and the atmosphere was outstanding and superb..Hands down customer service was definitely on point and the food was Out of this world..Owner introduced himself and he was a All around down to earth person..I suggest that you give them a try ….ESPECIALLY OCTOPUS ? TACOS!!WINGS AND FRIES ARE KILLER..and my cocktail was to die For!!! Thank you for an amazing nightParking: Plenty of space and safely lighting

This used to be our go-to when family came back to town. Drinks were unique, tasty and hit the spot. And the food had items you couldn’t get elsewhere. (The sliders with the egg yolk were ?, RIP.)We went just before the holidays, as is our norm, and though a few items remained, Scotch Eggs and Truffle Fries specifically, they were almost inedible. Besides the yolks being inconsistent, ranging from gelatinous to dry and crumbly, the breading seemed like it was made from sawdust. And they need to remove “aioli” as the dipping sauce for the fries and replace with straight up mayo. ? And why add a breaded crust to the fries when they were so light and perfect before? Drinks were bland in flavor across the board and a place known for a fantastic whisky and scotch selection, we should have known things had gone ? when we were presented with a high school presentation folder as the “new” menu.I hate to give up on this place but this is strike two for us. ?
Excellent atmosphere! It's a nice place for date night. My boyfriend and I usually sit at the bar and enjoy their drink choices, which are just as excellent as their appetizers. Highly recommend!

I Visited Silo Bar for date night on a Friday evening. I was worried that it would be too busy when I arrived, but thankfully it was not. Inside, Inside Silo Bar is dim; they have booths, high tables and chairs, bar sitting, and regular-size tables and chairs. We experienced pleasant customer service. Their drink menu is bast, their food menu is small, and everything we ordered was outstanding. The cocktails are thoughtfully crafted, and I love their chocolate Martini. It is a shame their food options are only "shareables/tapas" like, so I look forward to returning and ordering many of their shareables and making it a full meal--a perfect place for a date or a cozy night with friends.
