I came in the store and was completely empty. Rang the bell multiple times and made several attempts of calling out for someone to help me. I even walked in slightly into the back to see if anyone was there and just couldn’t hear me. Finally someone (white male with mediumish hair and tattoo on his left forearm) walked in from outside and immediately had a bad demeanor for me walking to see if anyone was there to help me. Throughout the order I had a completely negative experience with him and he was passive aggressive. After leaving the store completely empty for I don’t know what reason and a leaving a chstome without service for quite a while, he treated me poorly after that. Please retrain this man. I love tiffs but people like this make us not want to come back.

I go to Tiffs treat Cielo Vista at least once a week to get treats for the Hospitals and Dr offices I visit.Usually I order 2-3 dozen cookies and ask them to be Individually wrapped so I can give them out. Today I was told I would be charged extra for that on an order of 3 dozen cookies and I had to do the order online and wait 20 mins.I have a ton of other options for snacks especially cookies.Best of luck.

Started the 1st day of the year with Tiff's warm cookies and above and beyond customer service! Located at The Fountains.We pre ordered two dozen cookies and were asked to wait a couple of minutes while they took them out of oven and wrapped them up. The girls were extremely nice and friendly. When they gave me my order they also gifted me for keeping me waiting, which I didn't mind. It wasn't that long. This totally impressed me since it has been quite uncommon for a business to care whether they keep their customers waiting.The cookies, milk and coffee were a hit! Great variety and tasty! Yum!
