Horrible customer service and bar closed early at 1:39
Service was horrible couldn’t get a drink unless I went to the bar myself. Bar wasn’t busy only four people in there but bartender was busy occupying her boyfriend instead of paying customers

Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. The bartender appeared distracted and spent much of the time engaged in personal conversation with her boyfriend, which resulted in limited attentiveness to customers. Several people, including myself, had to approach the bar just to place a drink order, as we were not acknowledged…
Seems like bartender was upset I ordered a beer at the job she applied for.
I have exceptional service usually at other locations and somehow the young lady who worked dec 21 never fails to provide horrible service
I came in for the $3 cider Saturday special, but after sharing five beers between two people, the total came out to $35, which was unexpected. As someone who regularly visits Tinman at other locations, this experience did not reflect the level of service I’m accustomed to and not only that I’m not even sure what I was charged for because I also wasn’t offered a receipt.
I’m not expecting exceptional service… just basic attentiveness, professionalism, and clear communication.

Kicked us out at 1:30 am. At 1 waiter started turning on lights and turning off music then came to tell us they closed at 1:30 even though google says 2 am like every other tin man.

JET SMOKE was the most amazing bartender, she was so cool and informative. I think she’s the best bartender I’ve ever interacted with.
Overpriced for what it is. Buyer beware. Buy yourself a six pack down the street. It’ll be cheaper. 😉

Looking for a quick spot to grab a beer before checking into my hotel, I headed here. The layout is quite simple, with two long rows of high-top metal seating—not the most comfortable for hanging out. The place was slow, with only four other patrons, and I found myself having to approach the bartender directly to place my order. I later overheard her talking about Firestone beer offers, which might have influenced my choice if I’d known earlier.
The acoustics are echoey and loud, but I imagine a younger crowd might not mind. They do offer a wide selection of beers and ciders, and you can bring your own food, which is a plus. However, given that most nearby hotels have bars with a more pleasant ambiance, this spot might not be the best place for a relaxed or social experience.

Bartender was not friendly. She didn't make you feel welcome. And keep undeserved tip on her own.

I entered April 15th around 4:15p and greeted the server. Wow, what a terrible attitude and vibe she let off. Didn’t even bother to look up at me to greet back and was too focused on what looked like drawing on a piece of paper. Unpleasant feeling and I feel management should address this as it’s not a proper way to conduct business. Best of luck but I won’t be returning nor recommending this place.

We went for some drinks. Definitely not a loud and overly crowded bar from our experience. But that is just want you want sometimes
