I chose to come this evening at 6p to this place because I saw they have board games. I brought my own to play but the lights were very dim and I asked them if they could make them brighter so we can play and they said no. I doubt I will be back.

We went on a Monday November 6th at 5 pm the girl that was there was very rude didn’t even say hi thank you you’re welcome bye nothing. We sat at the bar and she stood in front of us just stared at us didn’t even ask if she can help nothing just stared at us. I’m a person to leave a tip always this girl deserved nothing worse service ever I won’t be going back.

Right by my and my boyfriend’s apartment. Service is always friendly and attentive. Sometimes parking is difficult to find, but that’s not to the fault of Tin Man. The inside is small, but that gives it a more intimate feel. Always satisfied when coming here!

I don't remember the bar tenders name but he was amazing super knowledgeable about the drinks and based off what I usually drink he was able to help me pick a new drink that I LOVE more than my usual!!! Hands down the best bartender in El Paso !!!GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!!!

I’ve never left a review somewhere, as I’m very understanding but here I made an exception. To start, there was hardly any parking in the area, the entrance smelled like cigarette smoke. It’s next to a smoke shop and wing daddy’s (no surprise there), the inside is dark, sad, and almost always dead. You’d think that service would be fast but it wasn’t, only one employee is tending to customers, and no manager was ever around. In a world like today, girls shouldn’t be closing bars alone. The tables aren’t wheelchair friendly, stools are wobbly and uncomfortable, there’s only one functioning restroom and beers are $9. You’re better off buying something at the gas station and giving the change to the underpaid employees here. Hopefully, not all locations are like this.
I really like Tin Man & what is served. I like supporting local. Service is always great & servers are friendly. But It’s ridiculous that the manager is never around. At least not one that is visible or easily accessible to customers or their employees. I’ve been attending for a little over a year to this location & they still only have one functioning restroom,? Where’s the money going? A little sus to me. So if money isn’t the issue then it’s obviously the lack of management from an invisible manager. Also, with someone with a physical disability, it would be great to have lower tables or an outside area. The stools are high & often hurt my hips & back. Overall not very ADA friendly.

The owner refused to pay me for the training period I completed. Completely ignores my calls and texts. I was also not allowed to collect any tips during this period as well. Had to file a claim with Texas Workforce Commission. First time being scammed from an employer like this.

Nice atmosphere and vibe. My favorite spot to hang out in the NE and try one of their many select craft beers on tap. Good upbeat music and not so overbearingly loud so makes it a nice place to have convo. They always rotate their beers so you’ll have something new to try each time you visit for a good price on good beer.
