Ten out of five !!! Service is phenomenal and friendly. Ambiance is peaceful and uplifting not one bad thing to say .Stayed in El Paso for a few days and went every single day ! Tea was great the staff took the time to explain what each tea was for . Went in the first day because I was a little under the weather but was told they offer medicinal teas. Skeptic at first I still tried the tea and shot of cold press juice . Within two hours I felt much better than I went in ! They even have a little out door patio that is cute for date night. They have a lot to offer for sweets and heathy food options! Even vegan ice cream!!!!

The first time we came about a week and a half ago the girl working was very nice and informative. Today when we came their was a bit of a old mop smell and the girls seemed to have a bit of a non chalant attitude. We said Hi and no one responded. They seemed very stand off ish all in all service is poor acai bowls are the best in the area.

Tippi Teas is yet another brilliant example of the diversity in El Paso TX. What really pushed for the 5 Stars is originality. I have never seen anything like Tippi Teas anywhere in El Paso.Places like Tippi Teas deserve attention as they bring life and color into a city, and especially Tippi Teas with their large assortment of loose leaf teas, herbs, bowls, and smoothies.The atmosphere is one of the most comforting and familiar, especially if you are an El Pasoan, or just adventurous.Vegetarian options: No real meat selection here at all. There is some restrictions for Vegans though.

I'm a door dasher and had a large order of 16 bowls. It took two employees an hour and half to make them with no other customers. They seemed to be working very slow and taking their time. I didn't seem acceptable. I love tipi teas but this took forever.
The menu selections could be a little more extensive, and the portions are too small given the higher price point. It would be nice if they offered more breakfast options besides the high sugar pastries.

Great selection of teas! Tried the mango wango smoothie which was delicious. Early gray with rose Tea latte was wonderful with almond milk, honey, and cinnamon powder. Highly recommend!

The food here is usually good however the wait makes it not worth it. I have never been here where I don't have a hassle in ordering and then a 30-45 min wait for a smoothie! If my grandson didn't have special dietary needs I would never come here. It is not worth the wait in my estimation.Actually, I'm still waiting, and people that got here 15 min ago already have their smoothies and food. The snippy attitude and response of the staff is incredible. I would not come here if I were you.
