had a very disappointing experience with one of the staff members, a girl with glasses. She was incredibly rude and made it seem like helping me was a chore. I understand that it’s primarily a tea place, but they also offer coffee. When I asked about decaf options because my daughter can’t have caffeine, she just dismissed me without offering any alternatives. She could have at least suggested a decaf tea. Her attitude was unwelcoming and completely unnecessary.

I came with my friend and when I walked in I recieved the ugliest look by the cashier. She had glasses and seemed she did not want to help us at all. Then when we ordered she did warn us they had quite a few orders in the back which is totally understandable, what isnt understandable is that she stood around the front and wouldnt help her coworker with the orders at all. My order took forever to come out. I love tippi teas but i dont think Im gonna come too often if I keep getting treated like this.

The client services are great. They're very patient in explaining how it works when I went to place my first order.
I ordered the Tropics Detox drink thinking it would be on the sweeter side because of the fruits in it, but instead it was peppery and overpowered by the celery. The two young ladies addressed and fixed the issue in such a nice, calm manner and made me a drink that was much sweeter and enjoyable. Highly recommend the Cinnamon Acai bowl.

It's the only place I will get Gelato from because it is vegan with simple ingredients. They also have a bunch of different teas, smoothies and other items related to tea.

I’m a big fan of açaí bowls and this place is the best! Every time I travel to El Paso for work I visit every time. Tried a black mango iced tea today and was awesome too. Highly recommend you visit this gem.
