So I’m not one to make complaints but this time i just felt like I had to. I’ve been going to tippi teas for a couple years now. I’ve never had an issue until my two recent run-ins with Jackie. She is rude and always looks miserable. I called to make an order, and I ordered a dragon bowl when I Arrived to tippi teas they had made me a moon bowl. Mind you, I used to work at restaurants, so I understand mistakes happen. However she proceeded to roll her eyes at me when she was the one that took my order as if it was my fault after that she got my order wrong. After that the manager tended me, and I didn’t even get an apology, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE after being a loyal customer for years, I will not be returning to tippy because of Jackie so I would really reconsider having her in your staff and this is after paying a ridiculous amount in your overpriced mid food and the manager is creepy( the one with longer hair) , that’s all thank you!!!

2 concerns. It normally takes minimum 20 minutes for the crew to make an açaí bowl….they always seem like they’re in slow motion….it seems like they’re just at work hanging out…2nd concern, the kid with a beanie has a really sarcastic attitude. I repeated the order 3 times to him and he still messed up. Then he repeatedly blamed me…for his mistakes when I told him the order was wrong. Then he accepted because he realized he had no choice but had a really bad attitude and a sarcastic smirk. Made me feel like I was wrong for wanting my order corrected. I think it would be smart to teach your employees some professionalism & customer service.

Wow wow wow! My brother and I stumbled on this place and literally went 6 days in a row after that. We ordered each tea iced but took hot teas home to our loved ones as well as tea in bags to make at home. The staff is so patient and helpful and will let you smell everything and make recos. Here were our faves - also - don't sleep on the breads! Teas- eternal being - sweet lemon - Hipton - strawberry moringa - cookie crumble flakes - strawberry cheesecake - kiwi king - enchanted heart Other Maca Smoothie Yogi bowl (huge!) Banana bread Pineapple orange bread

This was my first time trying Tippi Teas so I decided to ordered the Dragon Bowl. It was Sooooo good! Very refreshing and delicious. The shop had a pretty mural painted on the wall and there where cute little cups, tea pots and many more things for sale. I'll definitely be coming back to try more things on the menu.
