I hate leaving a negative review, but the customer service has been terrible. I placed an order online and not only did they not have it when I came in, but they barely acknowledged me or spoke a word to me, nor did they apologize for not having the order (just one smoothie).

I love the vibe at Tippi but it's a waste that you import expensive Gyokuro from 10 thousand miles away and then over-steep it. It should look green, not orange. Didn't taste well either. I can make 50c tea at home for a similar result. This was like $5. Please double check preparation of special teas like Gyokuro. Best
I just found out about the place and I go 2 to 3 times a week and I really like the product but today I had a really bad experience in the service from Denisse, I ordered two Yogi Bowls and after what half an hour passed. Having done so, she asked if my order was ready and when it came to answering me she was very rude and it was too long and there weren't many people!! It would be good to talk to the staff about how to treat the customer!!

Tippi teas is great! Edna is an amazing hostess - I’ve only come in twice (with the same complicated order) and she remembered everything completely, wow!! Super fun, fast service, and yummy healing juice, food, and tea shop!!

My granddaughter loves the açaí bowl, but the service is horrible. She asked for a cup of water for our puppy and they wanted to charge her .50. We paid $15 for the açaí bowl and we can’t even get a cup of water
