I’ve been coming to this drive-thru Mexican restaurant for a while because the food is actually pretty good — flavorful, consistent, and satisfying. Unfortunately, the customer service has taken a serious hit lately. Whoever is speaking through the intercom is consistently rude, and the women working there seem to have little to no customer service skills.
It’s disappointing because the food deserves better representation. A warm attitude and basic courtesy go a long way, especially in a customer-facing business. I want to keep supporting this place, but if the service doesn’t improve soon, I’ll have to take my business elsewhere. Good food should be matched by good service — not met with attitude and disregard.

They raised their prices while their quality has gone down. I used to be a big gam of this place when it first opened. 5$ for a skimped burrito ? You can go down the road 5 mini ways away to Rita’s burros burritos where they’re $2.50 burrito that is not skimped on messy or filling. I hate writing bad reviews but I’ve got 3 times to let this place redeem themselves and they have not. They always miss beans and always fail to follows instructions. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. THANK ME LATER

The only good side here is the guacamole.
The freshco meals only come with one side. If you choose guacamole you will instantly get an eye roll from the manager. Beware of the final guacamole boss Mayra, she will ask you to pick a side to trick you into swapping out the guacamole for some fries or their offensive Mac n cheese. She will not correct the order and claim she “was not in the wrong” and will not refund your money.

I’ve arrived at 6:20 am and knowing that regular hours are till 7:00 am to open they cooked for me and also went because I heard that Elisa cook so delicious, so thank you ladies it was a pleasure to know that it wasn’t a rumor that I heard about the place and the early crew on Tuesday is true!!

I get there at 7:10. The sign says they open at 7, I’m on my way to work but they don’t actually open up till a few minutes after they see me outside. I got the two burritos and an Agua Fresca combo. The burritos were OK, but the tortillas were old. I may have gotten here too early, but they were straight up rude to me. When I pulled up to the window, it’s like nobody was there. I turned my car off sitting in the drive-through. The lady that took my order didn’t want to talk to me in English. She kept trying to talk to me in Spanish, even though I obviously didn’t understand her. They didn’t give me any salsa or pico. I think it’s a little weird that they try to get you to tip when you are going through the drive-through. I won’t be coming back.

Will NOT be returning here ! We had chicharron burritos which were very soggy and salty on a burnt to a crisp Tortilla. We also had agua de Limon which we were told but recieved agua de pepino...not very hood either. We brought this to the woman's attention and she just laughed and said it was too late to return the drinks. Very rude and no customer service .

Just close already... Worst customer service in El Paso... I think the business is used for other things.... Making good food and serving customers is not what happens here!!!
