I was very disappointed with the service I received. One of the employees, a young girl with long black curly hair and glasses, was taking my order while distracted on her cell phone—holding it in one hand while typing my order with the other. This behavior comes across as unprofessional and shows a lack of courtesy toward customers. I urge management to address this issue as it reflects poorly on the establishment. Actions like this can drive customers away, and I hope steps are taken to improve the level of customer service. The nerve of this generation!

Definitely top 3 of my favorite places to eat and get an amazing tea-based slushee. I love the owner and her family. Employees are excellent. Always feel the good vibes. Everyone is Friendly. Courteous. And sometimes willing to play Jenga with you! Highly recommend the chicken fried rice!

So this place is great when the girl with the red hair is here, she goes above and beyond. Any other time she is not here, the employees give excuses for additional things, heater? Doesn’t work. Chamoy? Out of stock. Wraps not made? They don’t have any.
