Avoid this place at all costs. Topgolf managed to turn what should have been a fun outing into a complete waste of time and money. We were told our table was ready, only to arrive and find another family already sitting there. Instead of fixing their mistake, we were brushed off and told to go upstairs and wait while our paid game time continued to run. We lost a significant portion of the time we paid for without even getting to play. Not once did anyone apologize, take responsibility, or offer any kind of compensation. For the prices Topgolf charges, this level of disorganization and disregard for customers is unacceptable. What should have been an easy, enjoyable experience turned into pure frustration. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere that actually respects your time.

So disappointed of my visit at Top Golf El Paso… The food was terrible and it took about an hour to arrive…🫠 I’ve visited other locations and this one surprised me on the poor service and bad food quality 😓

In Thanksgiving 2025, I went to this place one day with my friends before my flight following early morning. We arrived in Topgolf 9pm, and left around 12am. This was my first time Topgolf and golf in general. Not a great shooter, yet it was an eye opening experience! Tasted a bit of the food, the usual American fast food, it was ok. I do love the relaxing vibe there, especially the lighting, music and overall decoration! Till next time, NM/El Paso!

Extremely disappointed with our visit. As returning customers, we have never experienced such dismal service. It took two hours to receive our children’s food order, which arrived cold, our appetizers never arrived, our entrees arrived 40 minutes late, and our server left us waiting for an answer as to where our order was. Extremely disappointed with the management of this location. The manger was understanding, but ultimately charged us for food and drinks we did not consume. Families spend their hard earned money at these establishments for their children to enjoy, please do better.

It's was a great first experience. Pablo took such good care of us. His recommendations were on point. Kevin the manager made us feel welcomed and valued. Every guest there was having a great time and that's a testament to the hard work management and staff do to create a fun and inviting atmosphere for all. Thank you to Joe Ortiz who on a random night out ate at my husbands restaurant, Crazy Crab and extended the invitation to go and experience Top Golf for the first time.

Went on a tuesday with my family, playtime was half off which is great, ordered some wings and a cauliflower crust pizza which was delicious, service was also great, 100% recommended.

I came for the food (while my husband played). I’m vegetarian and ordered the pizza. The pizza reminds me of lunchables pizza…I was very disappointed. The fries were amazing and my husband enjoyed the bone in wings but have had better.
