The food is okay. The first few visits were great, but lately the salmon has been overcooked and they often forget the basil sauce—especially on to-go orders, even when we pay extra. That’s frustrating, especially with dry salmon.

I do appreciate the gluten-free options, but it hasn’t been enough to keep us coming back. We also had a serious issue with allergies—after being told a dish wasn’t spicy, my husband still had a reaction. That’s concerning, especially for those sensitive to ingredients like capsaicin.

Overall, the food is decent, but the quality doesn’t quite match the price. If you don’t have allergies, it may be worth a try, but I wouldn’t consider it a safe option for those who do.

Good to note that there is outdoor seating and it is dog friendly if your dog is well behaved and leashed.

I was a dasher trying to pick up the order for the customer and they took 30 minutes to finish the order. I am very disappointed they need to do a better job, the bad part of it was that it wasn’t even packed.

Waited almost 40 minutes to get food that was not cooked correctly and the Mac and cheese was cold and had no cheese. Place keeps going downhill

Hadn't been Toro in awhile. Service was good, environment was good. The food....I couldn't be it. The burger was unseasoned, completely bland. It was honestly embarrassing a burger restaurant serving that type of quality. I could of done better with my grill and seasoning spices.

Waitress forgot to give us napkins , they didn’t have the domestic beer my son And I wanted , she didn’t even come around to ask if everything was okay or if we needed anything . I still left a tip, but not so much . My wife noticed that both cooks in the kitchen weren’t waring any hair nets . We won’t be coming back .

the service was great however we ordered a buffalo burger and it was RAW. i was afraid to speak up and we didn’t even bring it home because it was so bad. really wasn’t sure what to do or whether or not to ask for a refund :/ just disappointed with the cook time

Frequent clients from this location, but tonight we are having the worst experience with the service… Calling to place an order to go and no one answered (we thought it was busy, so we decided to go and place it there). Got to the restaurant and there were no customers at the restaurant!!! asked them that I wanted to place an order and the waitress just turned around and went with the cook and with the other waitress to show them her phone. Waiting for 10 minutes and nothing, decided to leave to Crave! I am really disappointed and I wish I could talk to the owner or manager, this is ridiculous

Stephany was awesome and super friendly menu was very fair Priced, the worst part of the experience was having self control for menu choices there was so much to pick from! I know what I’m getting next time

Stephany was amazing from the second we walked in to the time we got our food! Visiting from out of town we were hungry and everything hit the spot! We will definitely make this a go to place when we are in Beautiful El Paso!
