First time customer, the Toro chicken burger I got was very very bland, it made it a mediocre experience:( it could have definitely benefited from more salt.
The toppings were good but the chicken and its breading themselves were extremely bland!

Giselle was our server this evening and she made a mediocre meal and exceptional experience. Burger? Good. Atmosphere? Nice. Ancillary Staff? Sweet. Server? Giselle was PHENOMENAL. Giselle made a good meal and experience EXCEPTIONAL!!
Service was terrible, or more like non-existent. We waited 1.5 hours total for our food, to include 2 sandwiches and 1 burger to go. The waitress never once checked on us. The cook brought us our food. Vivian is her name (I heard another server kept calling for her bc apparently no one knew where she was). I had to go to the counter multiple times to ask for things and check on the order. There weren't any apologies for the delay. The sandwiches ended up dry and you needed to get some sort of sauce to add. No one seemed to care, maybe because we weren't dressed up, idk? This was the second time there and nothing has changed so unfortunately will not go back. A simple apology would have made all the difference, but the waitress just had a bad attitude and didn't seem to care about anything.

Arguably some of the best burgers in El Paso only a few other places can compete with quality far less can compete the variety of burgers. I love their appetizers, and the wide selection of quality hamburgers. This toro burger in particular is located in Cimarron Plaza one of west El Paso best Plaza 's. Also close to the outlets and a stone throw away from Flix brew house. I also love the atmosphere very clean and polished. Very professional service and quality food as always from toro. Would highly recommend going for an upscale burger experience

The burger patty itself was cooked precisely and was flavorful and juicy. Otherwise, the flavors were average. It's a small detail, but they use shredded lettuce and I prefer whole leaf lettuce for a burger. There is a gluten free bun option for an extra $2. I'm glad to see more places offering gluten free options however, there is cross contamination so I wouldn't recommend if you have a severe gluten allergy or celiac.
