We ordered online to pick up our tortas, we paid through the clover app as suggested by them. Once we got to the restaurant one employee told us that they did not received our order nor our money, so we would have to pay again. At the same time, a female worker mentioned that they have been having issues with orders online. I mentioned to them that I see that we paid through clover the same one they use for charging in the store, but he male worker disregard my comment and clearly does not have an idea of how anything works. We then suggested for them to inform the owners about this issue. We are very disappointed with how the employees have no idea how all this works and do not do anything to help their customers.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at Tortas Nico. I called to ask if I may have accidentally left my ATM card there two days earlier. The woman who answered stated she was the owner and immediately responded in a rude and dismissive tone. She said nothing had been turned in, mentioned that they have cameras, and criticized me for not returning the same day, without considering that I don’t live nearby. Before I could respond or ask any follow-up questions, she abruptly hung up on me. I was simply asking a question, not making an accusation. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from someone claiming to be the owner. Definitely NOT going back!

WOW! My first time here and I'm impressed!
I ordered the Torta Doña and my wife had the Flautas Marisol. We ended up tasting each others and they were both DELICIOSO!
I wish I lived closer but I will be back the next time I'm in town.

I am a regular customer to tortas nico, every other day a get a tortas there, however not anymore.. Today I ordered a tortas and some tacos and I requested extra cilantro and extra onions, I offered to pay for it ! They said they were out of cilantro and onion 🤦🏻♂️ No more tortas nico for me

Let me start by saying, “I’ll definitely be coming back!” The menu has so many tempting options, I wanted to try everything. We ordered tortas for a farewell lunch at work as some of our Physicians are leaving El Paso, and they wanted a proper El Paso lunch send-off meal. This spot did not disappoint. Everyone was fulfilled, though they wished they had discovered this gem sooner! The staff was incredible, handling our large order of 52 tortas with ease. Not a single one was sloppy or rushed, each was packed with flavor and made with care. There wasn’t a single complaint, aside from how full everyone was. Be sure to bring your appetite, these tortas are generously sized! I had the Mexa with avocado, and it was absolutely delicious. If you’ve been here before, it’s time to go back, Now under new and improved management! I can’t wait for my next visit. We will miss you Dr’s!!!
