I cannot express how impressed I am with Trap N Crab in El Paso. This was my first time trying their boil and it was absolutely phenomenal. I ordered the shrimp and crab legs to go, and let me tell you, the serving size was more than sufficient for one person. I even have leftovers, but I have a feeling I will finish it all very soon simply because it is that delicious. The flavors are bold, the seafood is fresh, and the overall experience was top-notch. I had the lemon pepper wings and fries. My fries were cold by the time I got to my hotel room which was only about 3 miles from the restaurant. They were so dense and dry, they weren’t worth trying to nuke. The lemon peppers wings had a good (but salty) flavor that would have been even better if they weren’t swimming in oil or butter not sure what it was. I tried it.
