Food is delicious but the girl making my order today looked like she hates her job. I've never seen a bigger frown on someone before.

I’m at the point of leaving a negative review of this location because I’m actually sick of getting my order messed up time and time again. I’ve ordered 5 times now and asked for NO ONIONS on my damn quesadilla, and I’ve gotten onions every single time. It’s seriously not that hard. It’s ONE thing I’m asking for. ONE. Not once have I gone into this location and seen anyone who’s in management, or anyone that look older than 16. I will file as many complaints as it takes at this point since the app isn’t giving me any sort of compensation until I get this fixed.

My PB & Banana Flat bread was burned hard and my Smoothie was super water downed. Called to speak to Manager and they just Hung up. Do BETTER and BE BETTER.

The workers here are extremely rude. First the cashier got upset cause I was paying cash and legit snatched the money from my hands and rolled her eyes. Then when I got my food the work then tossed it on the counter and when I said thank you he just turned around. Honestly need better training here. It like the employees are mad at the customers for them working there??

Ordered online
2 peanut paradise substitute banana with coconut and peanut with almonds add protein.
They made it with banana took it back for a remake and the made it with peanut butter and forgot the whey. Did not take it back for a third time.

I love tropical cafe smoothie but at this location I had a bad experience. I found a hair in my chicken wrap.

It is very disappointing when you walk in wait in line and no one greets you or even acknowledges you. This is the fourth time this happens to me at this location. I understand yall are short staffed but a simple hello, we’ll be right with you ma’am would suffice. I will forever walk out of establishments that do not acknowledge the consumer or show basic manners. And I’m dying for a mango magic!
