Don’t order the PB crunch bowl from here. I ordered for pickup and when I got home, my bowl was way smaller than expected and was the consistency of actual peanut butter. It was also warm (I picked it up only 10 minutes after ordering online). I had to put a cup of water in it plus ice. If I could give it to my dog I would but it has cacao nibs.
Sorry but this was not it. Only made me upset for craving something and only being completely let down.
Save your money and go somewhere else. The people here aren’t properly trained.

Staff is very rude and constantly messes up orders. Restraunt was dirty. Owner doesn't even care. Just responds with a generic reply and asks you to click the link to write more about your experience as if you didn't already in the Google review. Instead of making the dissatisfied customer put in extra work because of YOUR mess up, just fix it if the customer already told you what was wrong. Maybe read the review. You already read it if you replied. Just fix it. So frustrating. So frustrating that I always have to ask for Kayla because she's the only employee that actually smiles, is polite, and always gets the order correct. There should be more than one good employee in the place. Update: So I told you that it's annoying and rude to suggest a link. You're asking me to out the details in the link when I just told you now. Makes so sense. If it's the customers needs not being met, then why make them go through more work to "make it right" when you can just fix it. If you responded to my review then you already know what the problem is.

bunch of rude teenagers. they had no courtesy whatsoever not even a sorry or thank you. had to go pick up the 4 smoothies THEY forgot in my delivery order. what’s the point of paying a delivery fee if i’m not gonna get any of my order?

Although your website promotes pickup delivery to your car, and you have parking spaces reserved for that service, that is not what happens. When I parked to retrieve my order, I called to let them know I was outside. The employee said they could not come outside to deliver the order. Even after I said I could not come inside due to their lack of accessible parking, they insisted I drop my wheelchair ramp and come inside to get my order. At least, because of that, I didn't waste money on a tip, because a tip was not deserved.

The food quality has really decreased here . Customer service was not very good . Employees don’t even look at you and say hi . They dining area was also not clean and full of trash .

Bit into a coiled piece of metal in the hummus wrap. The manager Abby said it's probably from the bean can and said she would issue a refund.... Not sure if that should be the total solution on their end

The service was horrible, I asked for salsa and a side of jalapeño corn, but there is barely any corn and she never gave me my salsa. I’m disappointed because this is one of my favorite places :(
