My kids really like this place, but I’ve only had sips of their smoothies and they’ve been good. I didn’t have time to eat lunch so I decided to order a smoothie that they always get - the peanut paradise. Mine had tons of ice chunks in it so I couldn’t even sip the smoothie through the straw. This got super annoying bc I was starving and limited on time and just wanted to slurp it up and instead, I would try to sip and it nothing would come up the straw. It also didn’t have much flavor at all, which is not how it tasted when I sipped from my kids in the past. I think I they used too much ice? This was my first experience ordering something for myself so it was unfortunate that it didn’t hit, but I would try it again bc hopefully, this was just a random bad experience. UPDATE: I went back today to claim my free smoothie for joining the app and ordered the same peanut paradise and it was delicious and flavorful and without ice chunks!

You got my whole order wrong I wanted 2 açaí bowels with mangos. You guys gave me 2 bowels one with mangos and one with berries and bananas. I’m allergic. I said 3 times to the cashier both with only mangos and she did put it on the receipt, yet I didn’t get the correct order.

I went on my birthday for the very first time in my life, got the mixed berry bowl because I love berries. Was a bit confused because so I got my bowl and I thought it would be MIXED BERRIES but the lady that was attending to me said they only have strawberries and blueberries 🫐. So in my mind I said, well I'll get a nice portion of MIXED BERRIES, which to me mixed berries are more than what I got. There is blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, cranberries, acai berries... Etc.

The service is super slow! It takes 15 to 20 minutes for a smoothie the four times I've been in the morning this week, and they take a long time to get my order.

The cashier was extremely rude didn’t even call my name when my order was ready, just said “here” and left it on the counter. Even other customers noticed how bad the service was.

Ordered the baja chicken burrito with no rice and no tomato salsa. Added chipotle mayo and bacon. What I got: burrito with chicken lettuce and guac. Literally disregarded all my CHARGED add ons and took out my cheese. The thing that really confused me was I got only 5 black beans at the very bottom edge. Literally like 5 beans. Very disappointed. We always order there and they’ve never messed up this drastically. CHICKEN LETTUCE AND GUAC. whyyyyy

girls won’t stop talking to their friend that came to visit them so made my drink when i was already there to pick it up (there was NO orders it was empty my receipt was on the counter) and she was rude at the register

Service is not very welcoming I agree. Been here 5x recently and it’s always the same. Food smoothies are good. It’s fast. Clean but a mess. I hope that next time I come which probably might be soon in a week or less. You can be a bit more nicer and smiling. Never see anyone smile. Only 1 employee was nice enough to get me a cup of ice with really hot soda. She even apologized. Very great of her part. Rest are kind of always in a bad mood.
Lots of teens that think they own the place are all over the place. Please sit down and get out of the way for everyone’s safety. Including for the safety of their employees. Stop being pretentious. You are here using daddy’s and mommy’s money
