I’ve been here a couple of times and every single time I always get greeted by a girl in the drive thru who has very bad attitude issues. Personally, I don’t know her at all for her to be giving me attitude but it makes me feel bad every time.

I went in to get my girlfriend a smoothie and a cup of water since we were walking home. I asked for a courtesy cup of water and they said they would still charge me for the water. The manager was listening on the side and said to just give me the cup of water. She did not even fill the cup to the top or add ice. She also seemed very annoyed when I had to grab my wallet from my girlfriend who was outside. She acted like she had better things to do than to do her job taking my order. I waited 10 mins for a smoothie when there was noone else insode the store and 1 car in the drive through and 3 or 4 employees there. I noticed the girls were to busy chit chatting and standing around than to make my drink. When I finally got the drink (mocha madness) it tasted very artificial. Not quite like chocolate or mocha. Nothing about it tasted like quality.

Too busy chatting with coworkers. Drink tasted like they didn't wash the machine before making my drink I got a mocha madness and it somehow had a banana after taste. It wasn't a smoothie it was mostly liquid. It was thick, but had like a pound of chocolate syrup. And I think that's where the thickness came from. I also added protein to it. And feel like it had none. Unless it just wasn't blended properly. This place sucks and will not be spending 8 dollars of my hard earned cash on a waste. Especially towards teens who don't know how to do their jobs.

Regular customer of this place, the one and only time I had a mistake in my food, the General Manager Andrew swooped in from his break to personally make me a replacement!

Where every other place loves to ignore you until they're ready, I did not expect such kindness or understanding instead, thank you so much Andrew! :D

we had just placed an order and the app said it would be ready in 10 minutes so we sat inside to get out of the heat. 10 minutes had passed so we figured it would be ready and were just about to go pick up our order when a worker came stomping to the table and very rudely asked what we were waiting around for and told us “next time just go up to the counter” as if we were stupid and couldn’t read the sign that said “pick up orders”. these employees need to learn customer service skills because apparently it’s illegal to sit in a restaurant that has seating.

The staff working on the day I’m posting this around 7 PM are completely incompetent to run that store. They do not communicate with customers or each other, customer service seems foreign to them, and they let it be known. Do seem young, but that is no excuse to dismiss customers when we’ve been waiting on our order (even though it is not busy) and just want to make sure it’s correct

Every time I come here it’s always something unfortunately. They’ve taken more than 10 minutes to make my smoothie when I was the only one in the drive through. The costumer service is always bad and it’s always seems like the employees don’t know what they’re doing. Today, the cashier was what seemed to be gossiping infront of me as I waited for her to take my order. It’s frustrating cause I enjoy the smoothies but someone needs to do something about the employees.

This is the third time I attempted to give this place another chance.. but it seems like it won’t. Every single time I’ve been here, I get bad fruit and when I attempt to request a fix, it’s always an issue. This place has good potential, but bad service. When we stepped into the business, where were about 8 employees, but not one said hi. They stared at us with ugly faces, but ignored us. We continued to wait, but as they all chit chatted after more than 5 minutes of waiting, I had to go up and sorta ask for attention. They still didn’t say anything. Idk. Get better management to manage these young people. I’m done. No more ✌🏽. Bad food and bad service over and over again. Good luck with that.

Super disappointed in tropical smoothie today. We ordered this for lunch, placed it ahead of time for pickup at 12:15 so they had plenty of time. When we got to the store, our food was not ready until 12:45. We did not recieve an apology about the delay. Almost forgot to give us someone's meal entirely even after they assured us everything was there. When we got back we realized they messed up on 3 orders. They forgot a quesadilla, a dressing for a salad and a side for one of the meals. We called about the quesadilla twice and got hung up on. We made our way back to the store and got our missing items. When we got the items we recieved no apology whatsoever. We weren't asking for anything extra, literally just the items we paid for. Terrible customer service, do not recommend.
