Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Customer for more than a year. Tropical Smoothie Northeast has earned all my stars. Staff is always friendly at any time. The food items and smoothie freshness, taste, and quality is what has me coming back over and over. Their online ordering 100% accurate. Their dining area is cozy, we've eaten there so many times. Keep doing what you're doing TSNE!

I went through the drive thru. I got the pesto chicken flatbread. All of it was cold. The flatbread wasn’t warm at all it was very dry. The filling was also basically room temperature at best.

i pulled up to the order place and i was just waiting there no one came over the speaker and asked what i would like so i had to pull up to the window. After pulling up to the window i still had to sit there because no one came to help me

I don’t understand why the drive through sends me to park in front of the restaurant after ordering two items. There was only me and another car in the drive thru, on a slow Sunday. Once they brought my food out I was missing one item. There is NOTHING efficient about this process. What’s the purpose? If I wanted to park I would have just gone inside to begin with. Do better!!!

Service is absolutely horrible. Waited at the drive-through for over 20 minutes and nobody ever came so I had to just leave. Everytime I come I wait in the drive thru for long periods of time.

The first time I went was in the morning and the employees were so friendly and the drinks were great. The second time was this evening and the lady at the register was so rude. Not one time did she smile, or say hello, how can I help you, thank you, have a good day. Nothing. Even my son was is disbelief with how rude she was. As teacher who teaches about the hospitality industry and professionalism, I will be using this experience as a bad example of customer service.

Just threw away a whole smoothie cause it tasted like crap.

I love coming here. It’s a little over priced, $7-$10 for a smoothie. But that’s okay because I enjoy the food and drinks.

My complaint is placing an order 15+ minutes ahead of time and sitting at the pickup section for more than 10 minutes, only to find out my order has been sitting at the drive thru table and often get ignored by the employees that see me sitting here like I’m doing it for my health.

This has happened several times and is currently happening to me as I type this review.

This should be addressed with the employee at the Woodrow Bean location.

I’m more than happy to take my money elsewhere, but I’ll give it some time so they can improve.

I had a fantastic experience at Tropical Smoothie Café! I tried the peanut butter smoothie, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly creamy, rich, and just the right amount of sweetness. It tasted fresh and satisfying, like a treat and a protein boost all in one.

What really made my visit stand out, though, was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly, upbeat, and helpful. My smoothie was made quickly and with care, and I left with a smile on my face. It’s not often that you walk into a quick-service spot and get treated like a valued customer, but that’s exactly what happened here.

Highly recommend stopping by if you’re craving something refreshing and flavorful with great vibes to match!
