Just threw away a whole smoothie cause it tasted like crap.

I love coming here. It’s a little over priced, $7-$10 for a smoothie. But that’s okay because I enjoy the food and drinks.

My complaint is placing an order 15+ minutes ahead of time and sitting at the pickup section for more than 10 minutes, only to find out my order has been sitting at the drive thru table and often get ignored by the employees that see me sitting here like I’m doing it for my health.

This has happened several times and is currently happening to me as I type this review.

This should be addressed with the employee at the Woodrow Bean location.

I’m more than happy to take my money elsewhere, but I’ll give it some time so they can improve.

I had a fantastic experience at Tropical Smoothie Café! I tried the peanut butter smoothie, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly creamy, rich, and just the right amount of sweetness. It tasted fresh and satisfying, like a treat and a protein boost all in one.

What really made my visit stand out, though, was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly, upbeat, and helpful. My smoothie was made quickly and with care, and I left with a smile on my face. It’s not often that you walk into a quick-service spot and get treated like a valued customer, but that’s exactly what happened here.

Highly recommend stopping by if you’re craving something refreshing and flavorful with great vibes to match!

The service in this place is not good at all!! My fiancée and I walked in and no one and I mean absolutely no one acknowledged us or even bothered to ask us what they could do for us. No “welcome to tropical cafe” nothing. And there were about four or five workers there and none of them looked at us or asked us or welcomed us. I finally had to speak to them to place an order. They all looked mad or in a bad mood as well. The tone of this place was also one that doesn’t feel very inviting at all. The only saving grace is the food which does taste very good. Strangely enough immediately after we order and sat down another lady came in and they verbally welcomed her and took her order and even took it to her table. Yet wet get treated as if we were inferior people. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location. But I will in fairness try other locations. Customer service is what makes me want to return or never look back. All your employees seriously need to work on improving that badly!!

I walked in and they were all there doing their job didn’t acknowledge me or say if they could help me so I must of been a ghost .. very rude faces all 4 girls they need customer service if they going to deal with customers. And a colored women walked in the colored girl that works there said hi to her and even took her drink to where she was sitting not cool at all, last time I go there ugh!

The disrespect I received from this employee, I usually would say retraining is needed but no she needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY. I was purposely ignored by this employee, I said, excuse me multiple times I tapped on the glass. She looked at me from the corner of her eye and pretended that she didn’t see or hear me. I even asked another customer if she heard me she said “yes I even looked at you because I heard you”. The cashier even looked at me because I was tapping on the glass trying to get this employees attention and she chose to ignore me.

I love tropical.. I frequent this location 3-4 times a week seeing as it’s the closest to me and let me just say… it’s a let down getting nice things in the NE and then having to deal with horrible customer service EVERY time and beyond SLOW orders. I’ve sat behind one car for 15 PLUS minutes multiple times. Not to mention to girls at the window are always rude. It sucks getting big business finally in the north for them to be ran down quickly with bad service.

Ordered a chicken pesto flat bread and they got the order wrong then once they remade it they just threw it together. It was splattered everywhere and falling apart. Won't be going back

I greatly appreciated Marie at this location! We visited today and one of the workers finished making my order, and left it for over 15 minutes sitting on the drive through counter. The girl and man in the drive through weren’t really attentive to any of the customers or orders, and left Marie to do the work by herself. As i waited for my order, I watched Marie single handedly handle all of the orders that were going through, and remake my smoothie as it had been sitting on the counter for so long. I greatly appreciate employees like Marie, and wish that her team was more reliable. Thank you Marie for helping all the customers that came through during the hour I was at this location, and I sincerely hope that management is giving you the recognition that you deserve.

Bought a shake and a bowl. Bowl was super frozen couldn’t even eat it. Workers where acting weird tours me on drive through after they had me the bag and drove off I checked the bowl and it was frozen, knew why. Never going back

This seems to be one of the slowest Tropical Smoothie places that I have been to. Ordered online and went to pick up and waited for 10 minutes for them to give the person infront of me thier order. By the time I got to the window, the pre-order was melted. They remade the order. Another 15 minutes
