Was driving by and couldn’t help but notice the billboard with a juicy burger on it and decided to bring the family over for some dinner.When we walked in, to the left is the butcher and to the right is the dine in area. The menu has good variety to it and we did check it out earlier on the website. We ended up going with some burgers, steaks, and chicken tenders for the kids.The staff were very nice and helpful too.The food took time but wasn’t too long.Starting with the burgers. They were straight up the best burgers I’ve had in El Paso. They were everything you’d ever want in a burger… juicy, tender, full of flavor, and the buns were sooooo soft. We had the green Chile burger, jalapeño burger, and the bandera burger.Now for the steaks. We ordered a ribeye and a New York strip and they were also very delicious.We also found out that their meat is halal!

Really a great spot to get a delicious burger. Great service. Fantastic butcher shop as well. Neat place that I highly would recommend to anyone who is serious about high quality meat. The chips and salsa are very delicious while you wait for your food. Everything seems to be very good. I will be back.

I was working at the fire station across the street and was ready for lunch so I decided to check out this place. It has a lovely, easy going charm to it. On this day I was lucky enough to meet the owner Mr. Glen Word, and it was an absolute pleasure. Gave me a masterclass on the different types of meats he has available and what makes them so great. I ended up getting the bacon green chili burger and without a doubt it's the best green chili burger I've ever had. It's ground chuck and ground brisket perfectly cooked on a great tasting bun. The chili's had just the right amount of kick and even the bacon had something extra that you could only expect from a place that prides itself on its amazing meats. I am definitely going back to spoil myself with their ribeye! This is a hidden gem here in El Paso.

Service right away very attentive, and pleasant atmosphere, good music nice and relaxing. I ordered a Green Chile cheeseburger ? delicious, fries well season. My husband had a cheeseburger very good too. Just a little disappointed they don't have onion rings even though the fries are delicious I like to pair my burger with onion rings. So looking forward to come back and try T-bone.

One of the Best if not the best burger I have ever had! We have been going there weekly now for months and it has been great every time. Also have tried there packaged meat, excellent, some of the best steak I have ever had as well.

I stopped at Tuscan Cattle to buy some steaks. The owner told me all about the store and the various meats they carry. I opted to buy 4 Chianina boneless ribeyes. The marbling was amazing on these steaks. They were delicious!!!! We will always buy our meat from Tuscan Cattle from now on. They also carry some unique exotic meats. Great selection. Great service. Looking forward to dining in and trying their burgers soon.

Frequently drove by and thought it was a meat market. It is, and more. Inside is a restaurant with incredible food. Every burger we tried off the menu was absolutely delicious! And the prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of the food. Strongly suggest trying it out. You won't be disappointed.

Firstly, I want to note that my husband and I are harsh critics and devout picky eaters. He worked at high end Brazilian steakhouses for 8+ years and I have traveled all over the globe (London, NYC, Tokyo, LA, Paris, Shanghai, etc) eating at some of the best eateries the world can offer. We value taco trucks, michelin star restaurants, mom and pop hole in the walls, and street food all the same. That being said, we are big and pretty particular about beef. We take all things into consideration: weight, marbling, price, flavor and taste but we will always value flavor and taste over everything.We relocated from San Antonio a year ago and had been looking to find a reliable high end meat market with excellent quality. We did some Google searches and when we found these guys being located four minutes away from our home, we had to give them a try.The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and you can’t beat the customer service. They are the exclusive supplier of Chinina beef in the United States, which immediately told us that we had to try something new since we had never had this type of beef before. Upon visiting the meat market I was incredibly impressed by the kind of marbling and price point that their selection offered. If I hadn’t made it clear before, I have tried A5 wagyu and Kobe beef while visiting Japan and Europe, and I didn’t think that Chianina beef would come into comparison.Well, I can undeniably tell you that their Chianina Tomahawk is the best piece of steak I have ever had, hands down. The unique flavor, the juice and tenderness - nothing like it.I thought that the best piece of meat plus the experiece would have been in Tokyo Japan eating a piece of Kobe beef, but instead it was eating a piece of Chianina tomahawk in El Paso Texas.1000/10, if you haven’t, give these guys a try and it will NOT disappoint.
