Nachos were cold. Some plates came out and some came 10 minutes later. Appetizers came out after food was served. Had to ask 3 times about where our drink order was. 2nd round of drinks were cancelled after 30 minute wait. Restaurant was at about 40% full. No reason for such poor service.
Linette was an exceptional server who created a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Her timely delivery of food and attentive service were commendable. I would gladly return to this establishment based on her accuracy in fulfilling my order and the courtesy she extended to me.
First things first, I always come for the cold beer and to watch whatever Texas Tech game is on. But the only reason I’m leaving this review is because I have to give props to Ashely behind the bar. She is extremely good at managing customer service, servicing both the well and customers while pre bussing the bar. Absolutely am impressed!
