It's a simple truck with good service, though large orders may take time but its understandabl. Met the owner during a recent visit- he was is friendly and attentive. Ricky Approved!
It’s hard to find great tripas and I was not disappointed with Uyllesus tacos and flautas, it is most definitely cooked to your liking. Don’t skimp out on the flautas de carne desebrada to die for .
Stopped by on a whim and I was not disappointed. Israel is super friendly and the only person who has convinced me to eat tripitas and it's a good thing because they were delicious! Everything was delicious and the service was the best in El Paso!
