It’s hard to find great tripas and I was not disappointed with Uyllesus tacos and flautas, it is most definitely cooked to your liking. Don’t skimp out on the flautas de carne desebrada to die for .
Stopped by on a whim and I was not disappointed. Israel is super friendly and the only person who has convinced me to eat tripitas and it's a good thing because they were delicious! Everything was delicious and the service was the best in El Paso!
Probably the best tacos I have had in over 20 years. Flavor was perfect and the salsa was on point. If you want so spice with your tacos make sure you get the red salsa. I have had a lot of tacos in my life and these are by far too tier!!
