Very sad that Waitress Audrey never checked on us ( too busy talking to guys at the bar) we had to flag down someone else and the gentlemen (2 of them) took care of us..... Not our first time there but that service 👎... Saturday night not packed....

Went in to this place. Sat at the Bar for almost 15 min and nobody acknowledged me. Seems like the bar tender doing other things. Got up and left...disappointed. They didn't care 🤷‍♂️. I got more attention from the customers already there that watch me leave.

We've visited this location multiple times and the only time we have great service is when they are not busy. The servers have no idea how to handle when they have to multi task. Today, our server, came right away and took our orders and brought our drinks right away, but it took 20 minutes to get chips and queso. The manager had to bring them. She never came back to check on us, but checked on 3 other tables 2-3 times. Not until we physically stood up in front of her to ask for our check did she acknowledge us. Of course she brought that immediately. They management needs to train servers on how to deal with multiple tables.

Our work team decided last minute to watch the first football game of the season at this location. When we arrived the place was packed, but thank goodness for the manager, Enrique, who went out of his way to make sure that we had a table secure for our event. His customer service is outstanding. We were so thankful for him and for our waitress Audrey, who went above and beyond for us.

14.99 for 7 TINY wings!!! They charge for ranch dressing. Not a fan of the atmosphere. The IPA’s weren’t bad. It was disappointing. I won’t be going back.

I usually go for the hot honey wings, but Lex suggested the calamari to start off and it was delicious! Lex and Kiki were super helpful with any questions i had about that menu, they always provide such amazing service when i go!

I was recommended the green chili chorizo burger by Lex , and it was AMAZING. Great atmosphere and even better Service by Lex! Shes amazing and helped me out alot.

Lex was amazing!! She recommended the carne asada torta!😋

Had an amazing experience thanks to Lexi ! She was super friendly, attentive, and gave the best recommendations. I tried the carne asada fries and the Pollos Hermanos tacos—both were chef’s kiss! You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and wants them to have a great time. Service was fast, and she checked in often to make sure everything was perfect. Definitely coming back, and I’ll be asking for Lexi again!

It’s always difficult to find a good place to unwind on Mondays.
But the union was just the right place, the manager on duty Kevin was very attentive, and the bartenders were great, genesis and Natalie were on top of things. Making sure everyone had what they needed. Great time.

Everything would be so great if the service didn't completely suck!! Our waitress was horrible.

Had pretty good food and good service. But I was furious when I took my son to the restroom only to come back and find that the table had been cleared, including our drinks and the to-go box.
