was there yesterday, the bartender Kaya helped me and my friends out quickly and was very attentive. overall great service !!

Worst experience I’ve had at a union been to other unions that have been super busy and got great serves and order was out fast would never come back to this location rather stick with the Eastlake one and our sever Kaya just no customer services to us or my friend not compere to the others

We went here to have dinner before the fireworks at Solano Mall. The food was not even hot. Everything that was served to us was room temperature. The tater tots were cold, sodas were flat, the wings were cold, the sandwich was dry, the hamburger was warm, we ordered fried pickles and they were all falling apart from the batter. It wasn't even stuck to the pickle, the onion rings had zero batter they were disgusting.Maybe it was sitting there before they brought it out. The pizza was warm as well. Everything was just room temperature as if it had been sitting on the counter for a while before the waitress brought the food out. We had to continuously ask the waitress for drinks and every time we would ask her for something she would always forget it or would take forever to bring it to us. This place is too expensive for the food not to be hot when you get it. The only thing that was OK was the three beers my dad had. Definitely would not be returning. My brother said the one at Cimarron has better food, better quality, and better service. Very disappointed. Overall, one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to.

1st timers wife and myself..had a pleasant time..nothing over the head expensive and the atmosphere was very much to what we like...brisket nachos was enough for 2 which were good by the way..nice cold beer and guava margaritas were to my wives liking..we def coming back..our server very attentive and efficient 👌👌

Delilah was amazing! Super nice, fun, and easygoing — she made the whole experience even better. She served us drinks and pizza with a great attitude and a smile the whole time. Her vibe made us feel really welcome and relaxed. Definitely one of the highlights of our visit. Thanks, Delilah!

We had an amazing experience at Union Draft House, and that’s largely thanks to our wonderful server, Delilah. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at ease with her warm personality, genuine smile, and top-tier service.

Delilah was incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing—always checking in at just the right moments and making sure everything was perfect. She recommended the pizza with ham and jalapeños, and it absolutely hit the spot. Every suggestion she made was on point, and her upbeat, friendly attitude made the entire evening so enjoyable.

It’s not every day you come across someone who brings both professionalism and kindness to the table like Delilah does. She truly went above and beyond, and because of her, we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

I ordered wings which were borderline burnt and so were my fries. My husbands burger was mid af the wing sauce was forgettable. I asked for sweet tea to drink and our server brought out unsweetened tea and when I pointed it out she said they don’t have sweet tea 🙃 definitely don’t recommend

I’m not gonna lie, I came in hot hoping for a deal for a pizza… (turns out they changed the specials)… the bartender told me “there wasn’t a way to ring in” the special I asked for… not what I wanted to hear after a bad day at work… but… she asked a manager, they created a button to ring in the special, and she turned out to be amazing. Her name was Desirae if I remember right. Super sweet woman who went out of her way to please a grumpy old guy 😂… (I’m in my 30’s lol)

I order from here about once a month, sometimes more, and I always get a pound of naked wings & the house salad. Last time I ordered, two wings were burnt to a crisp, but hey, not normal, so, I ordered to-go tonight, with a pizza & chicken sandwich for the fam, got it home, and the chicken club sandwich was burnt, and worse, there were only 7 wings…they cost $16.99, and comes with nothing else! There are usually about 10, but tonight, it was almost $2.50 per wing! Normal sized wings. The least amount I’ve ever received dining in, or to go.

Two out of three meals were bad, for $58, AND tipped $5 for to-go…Last strike for Union. Won’t be ordering again.

Usually love coming here but today they dropped the ball. Hardly anyone in the building and when your waiting 10 to 15 minutes for your drinks thats crazy. No acknowledgement for the customers sitting outside whatsoever. Won't be coming back anymore very disappointed especially the management for not acting or realizing it.
