My Airbnb had a great downtown location, restaurants, bars and coffee shops in walking distance. There was off street parking, very well lighted surroundings, quiet street at night, with regular police presence, we felt very safe. The apt was very clean and had all necessities. The host had great communication since the beginning to the very last. Would totally recommend.

Heidy at Union Plaza Apartments saved me more than once while I was working COVID crisis at the hospital in El Paso. I had booked a different accommodation last minute on Christmas Eve and spent 1 night with no heat and was miserable. Heidy saved my Christmas by getting me into a BEAUTIFUL, updated apartment within a couple of hours AT CHRISTMAS! Who does that??? We were able to have a Christmas meal after my long shift. The apartment was clean, sanitized, beautiful, the beds are super comfy and the furnishings are all new and nice! The apartment she rented me had chandeliers! Wow.... The second way she saves the day is she makes payments so easy. She takes all the app based payments! The security at the building is awesome with the key pad entry and I felt very safe. I used the laundry room a lot and it was perfect, right down the hall! She is pro frontline workers and has a HIGE heart! I would stay here over and over and recommend to everybody! Honestly, the pictures here are nice but aren’t as nice as the apartment. Thanks for everything ❤️

Awesome apartments. These apartments offer both a luxurious option as well as an economic one. I happen to have tried both and I can say both are very comfy, warm, clean, and inviting environments. All of the rooms have been remodeled and they look amazing. The colors work great with the natural sunlight, the appliances are new and clean, and the layout of the rooms are done extremely nice. The hosts have very good taste in decorating and are very polite and welcoming people who helped me out with everything I needed. Let's not forget the location! It is incredibly close to so many restaurants, bars, and other Downtown attractions such as the Chihuahuas Stadium and San Jacinto Plaza.

I enjoyed my stay! Host was very welcoming, helpful, flexible and responsive. I did not experience an unwelcomed presence outside of the property. It is centrally located downtown with plenty of food options. I would stay with this host again.

I recently rented this apartment, what a disaster. I thought they looked nice but the host was horrendous. They went in and out of my apartment without my permission. There was no hot water and no heater. El Paso gets down to 20’s. When I got off work from the hospital, I tried to shower- I wasn’t able to do that. I was literally freezing. The host would call my personal cell phone. Telling me to troubleshoot the fuses. The TV wouldn’t work then the Netflix went out. Again contacted the host- she told me to provide my own credentials. Being a healthcare worker, I was here to help. But instead of feeling welcomed she literally harassed me in the ER, and told AirBnB to end my stay. By 1am, I get off of work and she changed the code. All my things were in the Apartmrnt. I was in shock in how unprofessional and rude she treated a woman especially in another city by herself traveling to work as a Nurse, especially during the holidays. Did not care at all. But she sure did want to collect the money. I would highly recommend, do yourself a favor and find something else. I would never want anyone to go through what I had to endure.

These apartments are horrible ! There’s roaches and bugs. I tried contacting the manager and she completely ignored me. The streets are unsafe, people begging for money by the Apartment doors. These apartments are cheap for a reason!

I loved staying here! The apartment was super nice and clean, I loved the decoration. The host was amazing, she left a basket with delicious candy and a couple of things that you could forget when you travel. The location is the best! Just a couple of steps to many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and more. I recommend 100%

Spent a couple of nights in town before our son deploys overseas. Great value for the price for sure. If you are patient the parking is really not an issue. Location being remodeled but the workers were really nice and the construction dust did not overflow to the unit. Unit was very clean, owner super easy to work with and great communication. My only wish was a TV but not really an issue just my preference. Would stay again if in town and would recommend
