During my recent visit, I was disappointed with the level of customer service I received. Unfortunately, the interaction with the manager was unprofessional and came across as rude, which left me with a negative impression of the business. She rolled her eyes & walked away from me. It’s not my fault they couldn’t get my order correct.

Ordered two wraps, one was non-dairy and the other had dairy, they mislabeled the wraps and my co-worker got a allergic reaction due to it. I returned and let them know of the situation and they said i would be refunded full price of the order, the refund was never sent.
Never come here if you have any dietary constraints, the workers are hardly paying attention and on auto-pilot. If by any chance you do, don't expect a refund after they mistake your order.
