The beef stew was SO GOOD that I had to come back during my work trip! It's not your average beef stew. It has potatoes, corn, lots of vegetables. It was so flavorful and the meat was so tender! If only they had some bread on the side to dip in that would top it off! I also got the cucumber lemonade and WOW!! This has to be one of the yummiest drinks I've had in a long time. BOTH OF THESE ARE A MUST IF YOU GO! Don't skip out on either of these, you won't regret it!

Went this evening and aside from the lack of customer service from the first girl who helped us, looking miserable having to make our salads I also had to ask the purpose of the gloves she was wearing if she was touching the microwave, fridge and the chicken container to pour more chicken into the container on the counter and using her gloved hand to scoop the remaining protein onto the spoon to put into our bowls. I made sure to address this to the assistant manager and asked if this was common practice, she proceeded to say yes. I asked if they touched the microwave and fridge without gloves and she also said yes, so I asked why it was being touched with gloves being used to handle our food. I asked her if she would pass a health inspection if there was an inspector there ordering food that way and she said she wasn’t sure. How are managers/assistance managers not sure on what is considered passing when it comes to the safe handling of food? This is how people get sick.Overall after I requested she remake our food she did and the salads were good but please consider teaching food safety to the employees.

Salads good just preparation could be a little nicer, they could have mixed it all the way and cuz the protein right instead of just however and not fully cutting the protein. BUT the cucumber lemonade is delish way better than the on in the mall but on the other hand the people at the mall are so much more nicer and thorough with ur order making sure it's up to ur liking. Service is fast and the kids are good at what they do just not as neat lol. They also forgot a couple of things in the salads.. so most definitely gonna make that drive for the better salad

Verde is the best for salads! They're fresh and delicious! Their soups are good too ? all fresh ingredients and vegetables. They also have cucumber lemonade ? and they sell it by the gallon. Good service and atmosphere. Love this place! ❤️You all need to try it! ?

Verde on Zaragoza could use a helping hand from Verde on Lee Trevino; the price of the salads is a bit steep but if you like healthy food you make concessions to eat healthy. Sadly the employees making the salads don’t have a system to add the ingredients in a consistent manner that ensures that you always get the metered amount of the desired ingredient, you have to hope that they add a fair portion of each ingredient rather than the amount they would like to add and at their discretion. As far as I know the only item measured by weight is the “protein”.Oddly the Lee Trevino crew is open to the customer asking for more or less of any given item; in contrast the Zaragoza crew appears to be bothered by the customer request.Bottom line; not all crews are created equal.
If you’re looking for something healthy & quick. This is definitely a good spot to try out. The ingredients look & taste fresh ?? They have a good variety. Everyone is friendly & welcoming. & they have a juice bar in the same location!Vegetarian options: Protein is optional/ additional. They have tofu available for us vegetarians. Pretty solid ?? & they have a veggie soup

We decided to try this place, but as fast as we walked in, we walked right out, well almost.So there's a menu on a screen where we have to choose everything! We spent about 7 minutes just trying to figure that damn thing out. It wasn't worth the trouble. Plus, the staff didn't offer to help and never even looked at us the whole time we were there, bad customer service.So we decided to leave. It sucks because we never walk out of trying a new restaurant, but this one wasn't worth the trouble.

It was our first time here. Was not expressed with the customer service. The staff looked like they just got back from a funeral. We had to get up to ask for forks, beause they were out at the self-help counter. We had to ask where we could get our water bottles. There were items missing in our salad, but didn't say anything because we were hungry and in a bit of a hurry. The Salad was good, the reason for two stars.
