Rude employee decided that the order I always get here, which is topping heavy, was against some arbitrary rule and refused to add the toppings I ordered. Never experienced something like this at any Verde location, and I’ll definitely never come back to this particular store.

Supper friendly and fast staff, plus the food was delicious

Very busy location.....crew was VERY busy and polite in the chaos. The salad was very good and the pricing was also on point. Will be back. Very nice to have this lite option with soooo much junk out there.

Love Verde but your Cielo Vista location needs some major work. No sense of urgency from the one staff member with a line. Waited almost 20min with only one person ahead of me. Someone else seemed to be in back but never came out to help. Food was ok as well but other locations (Montana / Eastlake) are much better and service is always great!

i ordered a tortilla soup from the verde located on montana street i was paying with a fifty dollar bill that had a little torn on the corner the girl asked the old lady if it was ok if i would pay with it she turned and said no we don’t cash torn bills here rudely and i told her it was t missing anything she said yelling at me no so i asked my dad for a dollar bill and told him she didn’t want to cash my bill cause of the torn she called me rude and told me to take my bill somewhere else she told us we don’t need your business so get out i couldn’t believe it she was yelling like crazy people that were sittng there were just looking

When I first came into the store I was unsure about it, but once liz helped me she ensured that we had a phenomenal experience. The whole ordering process was made so much easier and ended up being a wonderful time. I would definitely come again and the food was excellent.

Vegetarian options: There so many options and vert vegetarian friendly.

Kid-friendliness: It is friendly for everyone and one definitely recommend it for anyone.

The woman working tonight provided me with great service and recommend me something real good and for a good deal. I recommend the cucumber lemonade they have, it paired great with the chicken Caesar and avocado sauce. 5/5 stars will visit soon
