For a place I go to regularly, this is the first time I was ever scammed. To give some backstory, I went to the location like usual on 10/17 and ordered on the kiosk screen. The first order automatically canceled and refunded my money back when it tried to process the order. I then had to re-order for which the transaction went through the second time through for which I was sent a receipt. When I went to pick up the food, the lady at the counter outright told me I had to pay again even though I had a receipt and refused to see it even when I offered to show her that I had already been charged yet was forcibly obligated to pay yet again to receive my food (which logically makes no sense or how else would the order have gone through). Once I realized what had happened looking at my credit card statement back home and had spent double of it, I expressed my frustrations with the employee there but was told I would have to call the next day as the lady who did so was no longer there for the day. I'm not sure if this will be resolved by management but if not, you've lost a customer. I've got the receipts and credit card statements to show for it if need be.

I love Verde Salad! The Montana location is super convenient for us at work, and we always place large group lunch orders from here. The orders are always accurate and never disappoint. Karina, the manager, is amazing, she was very attentive to my questions and provided excellent service. Fresh food, great customer care, and consistency keep us coming back. Highly recommend!

Staff is very rude and unprofessional they need to work on their communication skills. The girl with red hair and glasses serving had an attitude when I asked her for double protein on my bowl and wasn’t polite she even shook her head as if it was a bother to her that I asked. The other male employee gave me a dirty look shortly after. What is wrong with these people, you all definitely need to get rid of these employees. I enjoy verde salad and have came many times, but will probably never come back due to the horrible experience I had today.

Ive recently discovered this place and was so impressed! I love it! The prices are a little high but you do get quality food. The convenience of getting a salad made just the way I like it and i dont have to make it at home is amazing!

I ordered the Mexican Caesar salad with grilled chicken, and it was very good; fresh ingredients and tasty flavors. A small tip: if you’re not a big fan of onions, let the person preparing your salad know to go easy, as mine originally came with two very hefty spoonfuls of onion (I had to ask for them to be removed). I also tried the cucumber water. It was good. They serve caldo de res and tortilla soup too, which looked delicious. Everything seemed fresh and made to order. I’ll definitely be back to try more items!

We only came in for a drink to cool down from the heat, at first we were going to just get a bottled Powerade, but we decided to choose their own lemonades and this cucumber lemonade was SO GOOD. Very refreshing and tasty (it was the one sweetened already) you can do unsweetened too! 🍋🥒
