Best Vietnamese food ever. Service is always amazing. I have come here of years and it never disappoints. Must try the egg rolls and steak pho!!

Every time I come here is a good experience. Waiters are always friendly. Food is on point. Coming from a State that has hundreds of Vietnamese joints to a city with very few. This place hits the spot.

I had a dine in first time and it was delicious but I had a stomach sick.
This time I took to go to boil it and I found a bug from my soup. I found a reason why my stomach was sick and it's awful that I paid for this and I lost my dinner. 🤮🤢

I ordered takeout from Viet Restaurant and found an acrylic nail in my food. I stopped eating immediately and went back to the restaurant.
Staff acknowledged the issue and I took photos, but no incident report was provided, which was disappointing given this is a serious food safety concern. While I’m glad I didn’t ingest it, this experience completely ruined my confidence in their food handling.
I can’t recommend eating here.

We went in today and it was super packed. Which is fine it normally always is. Today all there servers seemed upset at the fact the restaurant was over packed. We waited in line for a table mind you there were 2 other families in front just waiting to be acknowledged. One of the servers was telling everyone they were out of pho. We still stayed because that’s not the only thing we go for. We sat for over 20 mins before I had to ask if we had a server. The girl seemed lost. Went for menus and never came back. We waited another 15 mins when we finally just got up and left. They seemed upset we still decided to stay after they told us they didn’t have pho. Worse experience EVER! They really need to work on their communication skills and be happy their business is throwing. Very disappointed.

Yesterday Saturday, I went to the restaurant they were short of food, nobody greets the customer, employees were sitting there chatting and the whole restaurant was dirty with napkins all over and food imagine the kitchen how could be. I just walked out from there. Horrible place.
I dont recommend the restaurant at all

I’ve visited this pho restaurant twice, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing.
The first time, my family and I walked in and were immediately told by a server that they were out of pho, so we left.
The second visit wasn’t much better. When we entered, we stood by the counter for several minutes while about four servers walked past us several times without acknowledging us. I eventually had to stop a server to ask whether we could seat ourselves or if we needed to wait to be assigned a table. She said we could sit anywhere and then asked if we were ordering to go?? She then mentioned they were “almost out of pho” - enough for one bowl. At that point, we decided to leave again. Customer service clearly needs improvement. Guests should be acknowledged upon entering, not ignored until they speak up. Additionally, if pho is your main popular dish and you know it’s in high demand, especially during busy hours, preparation should reflect that. It was only 5:30pm, and being essentially out of pho at that time is disappointing.
Unfortunately, after two visits, I don’t see myself returning.

First time visiting. I had the chicken teriyaki, my wife had the noodles. Both were amazing! Full of flavor, quick service. I will be going back
