This restaurant just got changed to "el muchacho alegre" I know it's the odd she there's restrictions and policies they must follow, however the place was not ready to be opened. The inside of the building had areas where you can still see the previous posters, paint, other furniture. The seats were uncomfortable, and they are not for the hefty sized people. The food was mediocre at best. We ordered nachos, and the"shredded" cheese was not even melted. The "sushi" we ordered was not really good either. They make their own design with beef instead of fish. The meat was very blend with not much flavor. I would not recommend going here until they are better prepared.

I went to el jefe which is their side bar and the waitress didnt notice we were there. I had to get their attention. The main bartender was late so its not her fault, they just dont have a reliable worker i guess. The food is really good and they have good drink specials. Try the green enchiladas!

If I could give it 0 stars I would I've already gone three times to try and place an order at around eight 8:15 and every single time I go it's closed even though it says that they close at 9:30. Today I called at around 8:05 nobody answered so when I drove over there the place was already closed. I cannot go any earlier than 8 due to my work schedule
