Love Village in food, but what I don't love is their coffee. When they 1st opened, it was fine, but then it changed. They are not using the same coffee that most Village Inns use. I know this because I am from Colorado originally and was a regular at any Village Inn I happened to live near. Back when the coffee change happened at the El Paso Village Inns, I mentioned my dislike of it, as it tasted cheap and watered down. I was told, by management, at 3 different locations...

Tuna fish sandwich was tasty, excellent onion rings. The only problem was our waitress left and never came back. Talked to person at register, she said the young lady went home. At least let us know!

Don't know what we did to deserve this meal, but it was one of our better restaurant experiences we've had in quite some time. Our server Denaeya (Hope I spelled or got it close) was OUTSTANDING. She kept our beverages refilled and ensured our table was clear of clutter the whole time all while not being annoying. I had the spinach bacon omlette with hollandaise sauce and it was done to perfection; the sauce was tasty and done right!! Hats off to the chef. Husband...
